Great location .But needs some renovations

Checking in to Checking out was fast and efficient...The staff were very friendly and inviting.we absolutely loved how close we were to all the happenings in New Orleans.

This place was a great location, but the service and state of the rooms was not what I expected for the price. The furniture in the room was falling apart and the bathroom mirror was faded, the handle in the shower was loose. Just not what I expected for how much it cost.

It was a great stay!! We came for Taylor Swift and the hotel was very accommodating and our room was ready right when we got there! No issues at all and the staff was super helpful!

Great trip to New Orleans. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff did a wonderful job every day. Very close to everything we wanted to see.

It was ok, i didn't know there was no restaurant or bar in the hotel. The store in front of building was not the best view. I felt uncomfortable going in and out. Also, the smell in the hotel and outside was not good.

I really appreciated how nice the staff was. The room was clean and smelled wonderful. The only thing i was disappointed about was not having a mini fridge or microwave in the room. And i would've loved to have been able to open the windows! To hear the sound of the city!

This Hotel was great the water pressure was amazing nice and friendly people and the restaurant next door was great too.

Amazing view from our 20th floor room. Room was a little dated and should have the carpets removed. The elevators were a little slow. The heat in the pool was broken but the view was amazing. My daughter didn't mind the cold lol I had to drag her out. I think the $40 parking fee is really awful, BUT all the other hotels are the same way.

Very professional staff and the doorman, whose name i cant recall, made us feel safe it is a very nice very clean hotel and we enjoyed our time!

It was a very nice hotel with great staff. The rooms were immaculate. The only bad thing I can say is my granddaughter did kill a cockroach in her bathroom and the smoke alarm in her room Kept going off in the middle of the night, and they didn't fix it until 5 AM. At which point my granddaughter had already left at four, because they couldn't stand the noise. I could even hear It through my wall.

I stood there for one night and it was good enough for a short trip. Actually I wouldn’t mind staying there for longer stays too. The hotel was clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. In order to go upstairs on the elevator you need to tap your room key so it made me feel safe. The valet parking is right next to the hotel so they won’t need to drive it far. The room was clean and pretty big. My only complaint is the outside seemed a bit unsafe but I will say that most of New Orleans streets look the same. They look a bit dirty and dark but the good thing about this hotel was the proximity to everything. So I do recommend! It is a bit outdated but not a big deal. It gets the job done!
