Beware. The Parking lot is located 15 min walking away.
Restroom door is transparent glass made. Thus, no privacy.
Blackout courtain does not fill the entire windows.
And the most terrible, there is a unpolite employee on front desk. Bad experience with him. All others are excellent.

From the very friendly and informative welcome, to the checking out, the staff here couldn’t do enough to help; must see sights, Restaurants, museums etc. knew everything about Seville.
The hotel was clean, has good facilities and is excellently placed to walk to all the central sites.
We will return - and especially around the Christmas period and the city’s light show.

Enjoyable stay in a good location- small pool, but never had a problem accessing it. Breakfast was very good, range of food and drink.

Most of the staff were polite and helpful except for the woman in the bar who was slightly aggressive and rude. We were here for four days and were watching the football, along with everyone else because spain was in the final and all we were asking was to increase the volume, everyone else thought the same and thanked us for asking but the bar woman acted like we were asking for her children. Terrible customer service

Hotel was nice looking and easy to get to. Good location to palace, cathedral and old part of the city. Nice bar just off the lobby. A couple maintenance issues though. Stair handrail was very wobbly, door handle to our bathroom was very wobbly and safety handbar in our bath/shower could be pulled out of the wall. The shower is already difficult to climb into and with nothing to safely hold on to, kind of hazardous.

Have stayed here multiple times, staff are really helpful and polite and the rooms are beautiful. The showers are so nice and powerful, could spend all day in there!

Nice stay with family. Everything went smoothly and service was good. Breakfast also very good with fresh fruits/juices etc. Good location within walking distance from the sights.

Liked that the property was off the main drag.Couldn’t stand the diffuser in the lobby. It was nauseating.

Nice hotel with big room, comfortable beds and great shower with rain shower head. Breakfast was very good with lots of selections. Especially enjoyed the fresh bread and fresh squeezed orange juice. Hotel was close to sites and train station. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice and convenient hotel if a little outside the Historic Centre of Seville. We loved the great customer service and the cleanliness it displayed!

Great room with balcony overlooking the city. Good choice of breakfast. Approximately 1km from the cathedral and alcazar on a bus route for anyone with mobility issues. Small heated indoor pool.

Hotel was really lovely. Breakfast was exceptional. Such a great amount of choice. Room was really nice and we had a balcony. Weather wasnt great for sitting out but would be a lovely option if weather was better. Staff were helpful and we had lunch one afternoon and that was really good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
