The hotel was amazing, everything was okay, but i should tell you and recommend you need to set 24/7, people speak english.
Especially a night shifts, we did not get in so much trouble because i speak English but if my husband comes alone ,he will feeling very frustrating.
Other things made me upset was yesyerday sitting in the gardens bar leaving my place to go bathroom, my husband was jumped for a prostitute asking if he was a service.
I want to believe this was an isolate issue.

The hotel was an exquisite place to stay. A hotel worth it for a work trip, however, it's hot and Kid-friendly

No parking spaces for the guest where save, we had to park our car in a wherehouse at the end of the main cargo área, we were guess...... so many tráfic in the públic área that we could not even find a space to seat and have a drinks, we order room service which was 5 start service, we want it to have dinner in one of the Restaurants but couldn't bevasue there where so much people attending the event that the noise was unberiable.
The day after was another hotel. The event was over and we could enjoy the peace and the áreas at it should be.
I believe the hotel adm should and can plammed better for Spaces taht guest that are the one to stay have more accomodation.

Our experience has been spectacular. We chose the right place to celebrate our anniversary, the attention from the front desk, through the restaurant, and ending with the attention of the house keepers , the incredible room, we are very pleased and our next visit to Santo Domingo this is the hotel.

Yara, the guest services coordinator is fantastic! She gave me restaurant recommendations and tourist attractions that I visited. Also, Nicole at the front desk always takes great care of me and always remembers my name.

Mr. Santos, excellent service and tremendous human being, Charina the front desk manager, and at the lobby bar a tall young Indian woman but I don't remember her name, but she makes very good sangrias.

The staff were polite friendly and most importantly overly reliant they truly care and go on and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and safe thanks for my first great experience at staying at El Embajador definitely will be returning and will recommend it to others!!!

Well, i did not was informed about the VIP access, the only thing that the front desk staff informed me about was that the breakfast was NOT included, that was very dissapointed due the very high rate
