This room was very comfortable and clean. It didn’t have a coffee pot as promis d but overall I enjoyed my stay.

The grounds were very nice around the pool area with vegetation and cleanliness. Because it was cold, to an arizonan, I did not use the pool area. The other side of the property faced the freeway and I knew that and I really didn't hear noise. So all was good.

So for starters there is no fridge no microwave and we lost power in a room the second night but it was back o. When we woke up at 4:45. Place was noise and the cops where there both nights, the room where however decent and the hit tub was nice and a big parking lot is what got me because we tow trailers and have big trucks

Hotel wasn’t cleaned at all everything was filthy, walls are thin you can hear everything. If you are reading this please stay somewhere else I gave this place a chance, but I will never stay here again.

We rented a suite and the maintenance was lacking at best. Coolant lines visible on the walls for the ac. Sounded like a door slamming all night long. Pool had material floating in it. Electrical outlets not properly moi ted and loose in the wall.

Mainly because of safety concerns. There were constantly sketchy men riding bikes or walking all around the property all night and morning. We did not feel safe.

The balcony can't be seen from the front of the building. There were bicycles parked down on the first floor - also in back - and people who looked to be homeless sitting by the bicycles. It was fine. The front desk guy upon arrival looked like he was sleeping but was on his phone. Service was fine. The king bed was so uncomfortable. It was lopsided and hard. Other than that, it was a cute room, with a garden view. I’d stay again if I could get a better bed.

IT was fine for what I needed, which was an overnight stay and out early the next morning. The location was more remote than I anticipated, so I had to drive back into Novato for dinner and breakfast. The room A/C was amazingly loud.

I have stayed at this place multiple times in the past. There is usually a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms.
Not this time. Breakfast is an after thought and the parking lot is dirty. Room was otherwise OK, AC worked as did the TV

Repeat stay for work purposes. Comfortable and I felt safe. Staff at front desk is very nice.

Beds are small, and shampoo and body wash were empty. We asked for a refill and they said they were out. I asked housekeeping about it the next day, but management had not refilled for a few days. Other than that, it was fine.
