When you book a kitchen unit one expects to be able to use it, but there was not so much as a plastic fork in the "kitchen." The man at the front desk said "we don't provide that," gesturing with a dismissive wave. The next morning the coffee machine in the "complimentary breakfast room" had a sign that said "out of order."

I like being able to park right by the door for easy carrying in of luggage. It is quiet and no extra charge for parking.

I wasn’t able to stay at the property they cancelled my reservation without any heads up because i arrived 5 minutes after 12 am. Didn’t know they close at 12 am My flight was delayed and all he said ( that’s not my concern. ) they didn’t even process a refund. I had to contact expedia in order to get my money back. I Won’t ever reserve there again.

The room we were in was in pretty rough shape. Floor panels need to be replaced as they’re lifting up and causing a tripping hazard. The walls were pretty dirty and scuffed up. The bathroom wall next to the shower is deteriorating. The floors were filthy. The only pro about the room was the water pressure.

The guy at front desk was impatient and rude, to me and my wife. Very unprofessional! Overall the place was quiet and clean except for a few things inside. The bathroom was rotted and needs serious work.

Breakfast was OK, great coffee but several items had run out (bagels, ...) when we got there at 8AM. Also there was an unexpected 5$ booking fee when I checked in.

For an inn that is a rated as a Google 2-star level, it was exactly as I expected. This is a pitstop for the weary traveler. It is close to the 101 freeway exit but secluded enough that it is not noisy. The room I had was a one-bed room. There is not too many amenities and hence the lower price compared to other nearby lodgings, but it has all the essentials I needed except a safe, which was not a big deal for me. The sink was a slightly more modern bowl sink. The water is hot when you turned it on. So if you wanted a multi day family vacation with a pool and gym, this is not for you. If you needed a quick pitstop for a day or two or just needed a place to rest while out in town all day, then this might just fit the bill.
