Hola: service oriented employees (breakfast/housekeeping/bell man) were all great! One front desk employee was the worst and a second front desk person was the second worst employee. Judy, evening front desk was great!!!! The lighting in my room was great, from sliding glass door/glass wall, standing lamp, bedside sconces, desk lamp, and lamps in the foyer and bathroom, too.

Hola: the tall blonde front desk employee on duty June 3. The short blonde front desk agent on duty when I checked out on June 4. Both were rude, interrupted me when I was speaking, lack CSR skills.

Gym was good, clean, simple, but had the proper equipment.

Breakfast was good, but could improve. Very simple breakfast considering the price paid.

The coffee in the lobby was just outstanding

Huge room, spotlessly clean and an excellent restaurant on the site.

Unfortunately the breakfast offering was poor, other than that, the hotel was excellent.

convenient, well maintained, friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast! Even though there was a large group of teenagers there for a swim meet, I never heard them at night!

It’s not so easy to push your luggage cart up an incline and over the curb. I’m sure the staff would have helped if I’d asked!
