I reserved my room 4 hours before arriving. Once I arrived the hotel rep greeted me, yet was a bit rushed and not very friendly, yet I imagine focused on her job and asked loudly for my ID. She checked me in, charged me for the room, and gave me a nap and key. When I got to the room the door was already opened and I looked in and saw a messy room and an unmade bed, which alarmed me so I left and returned to the front desk. I shared my experience with the rep and she was gracious and respectfully gave me a refund. She was surprised that the room wasn’t clean, yet heads up to the management. Not a good look and hope all was ok with your staff that day.

I liked the ambience and the garden view room with accessibility to outdoor space. There were hanging chairs and out door seating with tables and chairs, and hammocks. The breakfast was a self serve that had offerings such as fruit, yogurts, bagels, breads, assorted cereals, juice, teas, and coffee. It was nicely presented and available to eat there in the breakfast room, take outdoors, tables around the pool, or to your room. A pleasant and leisurely way to start the day. My favorite was the cinnamon toast. I had a very pleasant poolside dinner at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel which was a high point. Staff was very welcoming to a solo traveler. Would highly recommend the restaurant for leisurely wine, drinks, dinner and dessert. All could be taken back to the room if preferred.

I was in Rom 102 and they were having problems with the hot water. I don't know if the whole hotel was having issues or if it was just in my room. I was staying for the weekend to attend an event off site. Being able to take a hot shower was an important part of my stay. The staff tried to be attentive but it did not get fixed sufficiently during my stay. The property had a nice swimming pool, but it was closed for use.

Evening Staff provided information, was helpful with questions. Continental breakfast was good. Hotel was central and close to everything.

Morning staff was appropriate but did not seem overly welcoming or enthusiastic about their job in lobby/front desk. Property looks great in photos but was tired and run down. The hot tub was broken, even though staff said it was operating before our stay. There was also no ice machine. Instead, the staff told us to go into the restaurant service area and grab ice (with our hands since there was no scoop to fill a bucket for our room) EWE -- How many other people are doing this? Not Sanitary! The room had chipped paint, cracks in bathroom wall, and looked outdated. Toilet/plumbing was old and had hard tie flushing.

Liked the courtyard area.

Break fast was good.

The outside facility needs maintenance.

I did not like anything about this stay it was horrible,I believe I should be refunded for the way I was treated by the management. The was a real lack of respect for your customer

I was in a room for weeks that was supposed to be smoking in the entire hotel. next was a man that was smoking all the time. I couldn't breathe or sleep when I complain nothing changed. Fransico the property manager never responded I have a video and picture of the smoker.

I couldn't control the temperature for the heater. The Refrigerator was to low on the floor, I think with it being that small it should ve a little higher.
