The bathroom was full of mood on the walls and the ceiling. I asked for another room but I had took the last room. The towels was dirty like someone had stepped on them then folded them up. The pillow cases had black lines on them of dirt and they had water stain from cups on the dresser as if the room had been half clean. I was so outdone. The pictures of the room looked good. I opened that door and the mold almost punched me in the face

The tub had black stuff between the top of it and the surround. The tub drain plug was out.

Overall it was agreat place to stay

There was black mold in the bathroom. Door had a large crack and did not shut properly. There was guests smoking weed. Parking lot is terrible. Very dark and sits way back off the main road. Very sketchy hotel and we will never stay there again.

This hotel is not up to standard. We had to ask for towels and washcloths. The man had to get some from an empty room since the maids had not left any clean ones. Were told at first that we could get some the next morning after 9 a.m. The stairwells were filthy and leaking. It was raining so we had to try to get around the puddles and the dripping where it should have been dry. Grandson on crutches had a hard time. Lots of mildew stains in bathrooms and walls. This is not the by Wyndam resorts I was expecting.

THE worst hotel my family and I ever stayed at. In the bathroom, the shower stall had mildew, the toilet seat and the toilet itself was loose. One tiny bar of soap. One set of towels for a family of three…really?!?? One half used roll of toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk and ask for a roll. Checked out before we were scheduled to checkout. On the way out, saw a couple of roaches. WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PARTICULAR MOTEL EVER AGAIN!!!!VERY DISAPPOINTED especially for the price WE paid.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures online. The rooms are dirty, TVs don’t work, bathrooms are barely large enough to turn around in, no dressers or drawers for clothes. The rooms aren’t worth the price. Also the hotel advertises hot breakfast, the only thing hot is a waffle you make yourself. Hotel staff isn’t helpful at all when issues were brought to them. We were told they were booked so we couldn’t get another room, there was nothing they could do about the tv not working, they couldn’t bring us towels we had to get them ect. They charge a different price than what’s advertised for laundry detergent. This hotel is a disgrace. I did not enjoy my stay and would urge others to by pass and chose another, better hotel.

I want my money back on my card because we don’t stay because the bathroom had black mold around the bath tub and the room was dirty and property did not have a gym like it said on the website reached out to Expedia and I haven’t heard anything back. I don’t want to get ripped off and lose 400 and something dollars because we didn’t stay so yeah I just want my money back and go on with my day.

This hotel was horrible!!! I would not recommend this to my worse enemy. Filthy the bedsheets had hair and dirt. The wall was dirty and gross. The smoke alarm just was wires hanging out of the ceiling. No phone hooked up just there for decoration. The manager was very rude.

Terrible hotel. Dirty floors. The keyhole had been popped out and covered with duct tape ON THE OUTSIDE so anyone could just tear it back and see in. Pictures online were misleading. Worst part was when we left a valuable item behind, they told us they had a lost and found and it wasn’t there. My husband had to go back to the hotel from our home, dig through their dumpsters, and found the item in the trash. The staff was very rude about the whole situation.
