Hotel conviniently close to train station. About 10 minute walk to lake. Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms serve the purposes but not fanccy. Nice to have good AC in july heat. Decent breakfast

Location was good as close to the old city walls
The room had almost no furniture except for the beds. There was space to add a dresser or counter to put one's suitcase on but not present. The front staff was not very helpful in answering questions

The place is perfect to get to know Lake Como: central, fair price, comfortable, good service and easy access. The super friendly staff.

It's a little far from Lake Como, but it's within walking distance, and above all, it was good that it was close to the station. There are a lot of guests and it's a fun atmosphere. The staff is also kind, and if you leave your luggage, you can get a voucher, so you can leave it with confidence.

The bathroom was poor quality it a broken shower door and the tiling left a lot to be desired. It is a hotel that serves the purpose of a bed for the night, quiet basic.

Good hotel with friendly staff only a 10 minute walk to the main train station and into central town. Only thing was the shower wasn’t the nicest.
