It was a comfortable bed. Noise from outside was a little disruptive. The building shows some age but was clean overall. Very friendly service from everyone I met.

We stayed in a loft style room, complete with bedroom upstairs and a living room/bathroom downstairs. Loved it! Perfect for a couple or a family with one or two children (couch had a pullout double bed.. which was extremely comfortable by the way!) Lots of different pillows to choose from. Firm, soft, etc. King size bed was also comfy. Internet was easy to connect to, televisions were simple to use. Room was clean. Loved that their toiletries are Dove brand. In-house restaurants on the property made food choices simple. No continental breakfast, but that's typical. We left a note on our door to housekeeping, asking for more coffee, and they delivered :) Swam in their pool and used the hottub. Basic and great. Only complaint was that it was complicated to find - hotel needs more signage! Would definitely come back.

Rooms were very clean and well kept. Loooong wait to check in. Only 2 clerks, one on phone the whole time and crazy fussy people taking up time in front of me. Stood for over half an hour in line waiting to get checked in for our rooms. Facilities were beautiful and close to lots of amenities and easy to find.

Location convenient to shop at mall & for appointment in Pandosy area. Wish they included breakfast with the room price.

Our room was next to entertainment area outside so was noisy in the evening

Ramada was the place to stay on when you want overnight. Nice room, very pleasant surroundings. Would love to go back when in town.

The management is doing a superb job of managing this property - a lot of wisdom and foresight. We were there 5 days and looks like the place is run like a well oiled machine. The staff/service were super friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent as it should be. :-)

There was limited facilities provided. Not even a microwave which was highly disappointed!!

Old and below 2 star hotel. Still using Ramada brand name which is misleading to people w.r.t quality and price. Toiletries are not sufficient.
