I was there for a girls weekend and to pick out a wedding dress. We had so much fun. Everyone was wonderful from the guys at valet, to the front desk, to the bartender, etc. Everything was beautiful, it felt like we were at a resort! I will never stay anywhere else when I go to Scottsdale now!

Fantastic Hotel with friendly staff and immaculately clean A great "rat-pack" vibe with consideration to the past but very clean and very well maintained. Close to Old Town and very walkable. ALl in all 5 star experience

Amazing! The rooms, pool and hotel are beautiful the food is amazing and the service is great. Would definitely stay here again. Also the location was incredibly convenient.

We were here for a wedding. We were greeted at our car upon arrival and treated like royalty by the whole staff. The place was very clean and loved the overall layout of the property. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pools were clean and plenty of towels and seating around them. The dining was delicious for every meal. There were plenty of gathering places to sit and visit with extended family here for the wedding.

Husband had to jump over the wall to let my disabled mother into a side door that should have worked with his key card. Had to give you more money after already spending an arm for the room, in case of damage. Only notified right at check in. Never received a receipt. We had to take our own trash out of the room. No bags in the trash cans, had to ask. Coffee and water was never restocked. No more towels delivered. Room service was a long long wait. Food was decent but not for your prices. I paid for 2 queens not 2 fulls. Disney was inaccessible for my daughter to watch.

Enjoyed our Stay at the wonderful Valley Ho Hotel. The Suite was Amazing!!! We enjoyed the Restaurant and Pool as well. And a Big Shout out to the top notch Staff! Would definitely recommend staying here•••

This stay was excellent. I stayed two nights with my wife for my anniversary and it was everything we wanted. The room was beautiful and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bath tub was large enough for both of us (we are both pretty average sized), the pools are conveniently located, the private balcony was wonderful to enjoy. We are at Zuzu, the on-site restaurant, and everything was incredible. Highly, highly recommend. I have been to a good number of hotels including a fair number of resort hotels and this was on of our best stays. Parking is not free, but it's in downtown Scottsdale so that should be expected. Valet and self parking are the same cost for hotel guests, so there's not a lot of loss.

The staff was very nice and I have stayed at this property before. Housekeeping was not very good. On Saturday the housekeeper came and took a bag that I had full of shopping as this was a shopping trip and she threw it in the garbage. this was a weekend full of shopping. I did an old town stock Scottsdale
Security came Saturday night and went through the footage and security and the front desk went through the garbage and pulled out my stuff, and it is very disturbing to work hard go shopping and have all of your belongings in a trash bin.
It was clearly not trash and I am not sure what the hell the housekeeper was thinking

The staff was very nice and I have stayed at this property before. Housekeeping was not very good. Everything was very nice about the property people, ambience the amazing room they gave us. The only thing is the gym could have been more updated. I love a nice gym to work out in when I travel. The machines was very outdated. But that’s it’s everything was perfect.

Clean and spacious! The pool was great and plenty of chairs. The rooms were quite spacious and very nice! There is construction going on in some building/rooms but that didn’t bother us at all.

Always an enjoyable experience. Like stepping back in time but with all the modern amenities and luxuries of a contemporary hotel, and a very friendly and attentive staff. I always enjoy my stays at the Valley Ho!

My stay here was charming! The staff was amazing and I felt at home my entire stay. The hotel was very clean and the housekeeping staff were so sweet! I also had an incident with someone literally busting on my window and the staff handled the situation the best they could. Jill at the front desk, the valet driver and security guard who worked the 8/26 night, Freddy (the director), and all the valet drivers made my stay so special. The next time I am in AZ I will definitely stay here again!

We loved the hotel,location,dining options nearby,staff at the hotel was impressive.they are very welcoming,smart and on top of their game.i highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.the pool was large enough,clean and open longer hours.rooms were quiet,private,clean and stocked with everything you would need. I never give 5 star reviews but Hotel Valley Ho has earned it:) Thankyou so much for a perfect stay, you guys are the best!
