Stay was pretty good, staff was nice, the lobby is really nice and room was clean,( besides a used towel being left on the office chair. ) Could use a little updating. Like updating the TV and adding a table for the microwave and mini refrigerator instead of them being on the floor. Also I wasn't planning on getting in the pool but it was closed. So besides those things the stay was good and the bed was comfortable.

They did not hold our reservation. We had no where to stay at 3:00 in the morning. There was garbage spilling out of can in the doorway to the lobby. Cracks in the facade, paint was old. Overall the place needed to be updated and cleaned. Honestly, we were better off, we found a MUCH better hotel that was modern & clean with professional, warm, friendly, helpful staff

The staff was very accommodating they have an excellent breakfast. Everything is within walking distance from here. The rooms are nice

Good deal for any event or reason to visit the area! Some construction happening which makes it pretty uninviting when you drive in but people were friendly and helpful. The entire floor we were on at first seemed to be having air conditioning problems and it was unbearably hot, but they were able to switch our rooms late at night

Hot water did not work. They are currently working on renovating so the pictures are deceiving. They’ve only renovated front of house so rooms are outdated and not as pictured. Breakfast was poor and hardly any options. Staff was nice and helpful, though.

Nothing at all like the pictures. Had a blood stain on the carpet, a dead roach in the bathroom, smelled like stale cigarettes and the paint and wallpaper were peeling everywhere. Horrible.

The Latino chick at the front desk was beautiful. My room is on the first floor is the access the pool was across the hall my kid loved that. It was a good experience

Staid one night without electricity, 6th floor up and down by the emergency stairs with flashlights, no showers or ac , checked out next day, the hotel should reimburse the payment

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was giving motel vibes at hotel prices. The pictures of the property are very deceptive. I was not comfortable at all. I struggled even sitting down. When I asked for a partial refund I was told by Expedia that there was nothing they could do unless I left the hotel altogether and booked somewhere. This was impossible considering the events going on in the city during my stay. Most other hotels were booked or their rates were extremely high. Also, Expedia referred me to the front desk, but the front desk said I needed to talk to Expedia. So, since I was pretty much forced to spend 2 nights in this dump. I went and complained again. I ended being switched 3 times and this was after getting in late from flight delays with Frontier (terrible airline). The first room was terrible, had a spider crawling across the wall. The shower curtain was nasty/smelly and the towels. My second room had a rusty toilet and rust around the tub drain. My third seemed sub par until I reached for a towel and the whole rack fell, only inches from my foot. I ended having to spend extra money to get cleaning supplies to disinfect and clean. I would not recommend this hotel at all. This building needs to shut down and condemned. The staff was ok. They all seemed very nonchalant which I guess matches the deplorable conditions they have to work in. I am still waiting on a refund because this was absolutely horrible.

Dingy and smelled old. Bathroom not showerable. Didn’t want to try. Bathroom sink was clogged, I unclogged it and found large toenail clippings stuck in the drain. Gross

Wall paper stapled on, or scotch taped on. The #4 doesnt light up on the elevator. The pool room was extremely hot and once you got out there was a slime left on your body. Pulled back the sheet and there were crusty blood stains underneath. The balcony we never used because the door was dirty to open it. The tv sound cut out, off and on the entire time. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The hotel was just average. The pictures did not match what we actually got, so we were disappointed when we walked in. The room was old, outdated and dirty, but the bed was super comfortable and the staff was friendly!
