Older, very moldy bathroom. Beds comfy. It Said a view of lake michigan from Your room True if you Stood on the sidewalk. Not my idea of truth.
Only a few towels No wash cloths or hand towels. And the slider door was stuck open, so it was quite cold.

Very difficult to understand hotel clerk. Advertised breakfast go service and it was closed. No wifi password.

I spent two days there. Great room, quiet, clean and just steps from the beach. I will be back next summer for sure. A+

There was only one good thing about the room and that was the bed. The bathroom was dirty, there were two sinks but only one worked. There was one package of coffee, no cream, no sugar, no coffee cups. There was one bar of soap. After our first night we came back to discover no housekeeping had been done. It was not a good experience.

Cream and sugar was not complete, opened packages. No hair conditioner .and no garbage can in the washroom.

Staff was very helpful. Outside of building very dirty & beach needs to be cleaned up. Close to Mackinac island boat loading.

Locks didn’t work, plugs didn’t work, night stand put halfway against ajoining door so obviously lock not working. Toilet paper holder missing parts. Needs a lot of work!!

The service was excellent, however room could use a good cleaning. The ice maker didnt work but the front desk guy went next door with our cups so we could have some ice water. Super nice!!!

The place offered hot breakfast, you just got a coupon. Buy one get one. Place outdated and needs maintenance. Other then that we did enjoy our visit

I love the view I had of the lake. The staff was wonderful when checking in and checking out. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. The only down side was there was no microwave to be able to heat up left overs from a restaurant or have popcorn but that’s the only thing that was inconvenient at the time. I loved that I could park close to my room which made it easier to unload my stuff and reload it when it was time to check out. Overall I will stay again in the future.

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. It was musty and everything in our room was damp the carpet was wet everywhere. Huge black hairs in the shower, spiders and bugs everywhere. Very dirty and all our towels smell like cigarettes and the pool is so cloudy and dirty you wouldn’t want to use it. As I was checking out letting the employee know how disgusting it was he said well did you call the front desk to let them know? No, I didn’t because it’s not worth getting moved to the next dumpy room.

Good location. Right on the beach. Balcony facing the lake. Enjoyed fireworks show on the balcony. Has refrigerator and microwave oven. Well supplied bath. Furniture is old. A/C has strong burnt odor while running on heating mode.
