Nice room, updated. Bed was comfy. Outside common area nice and several things to do and areas to hang out around the hotel grounds. Gym equipment older but worked. Breakfast had many options.

Overall excellent hotel, I stayed in the designer room and the layout was spacious and comfortable. The bed was quite comfortable as well. There was a small balcony with table and chair. Area around has restaurants and entertainment and drive to Disney was short. Will definitely stay at this hotel again

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The shower in our bathroom produced no water pressure at all. When I raised it with reception they said they would have someone look at it. Unfortunately that person could not speak or understand English, so we ended up having to use Google Translate to try to tell him what the issue was. Nothing was done. I mentioned the issue again to reception later, and noting was done and no one ever bothered to tell us anything. The smell of the water coming from the basin faucet resembled lake water and made the whole room smell of rank horrible water. It was disgusting. There was a matted ball of hair on our bathroom floor, which was gross. The resort fees don't include laundry facilities, which is not what it said online, or on our booking confirmation. I ended up spending another $15 to get one load of washing clean. The management don't care at all whether you enjoyed your stay or not, as long as they get your money. I emailed the manager 2 weeks ago to complain and I have yet to receive a reply. Awful hotel. Awful staff. Spend your money elsewhere. Boutique hotel this is not. I stayed in better Hostels in my younger years!

They let people charge my room by just telling them my room number. The first time I asked about it I was told I would get a refund and then days go by and nothing. The second time Iit happened I told them they needed to check the cameras. Finally got my refund after repeatedly asking for it. But overall I wouldn't recommend this HOTEL to anyone. And yes it's just a hotel not a resort but you'll be forced to pay a resort fee.

Check in was a breeze. Stayed in the Royal building which is the same as where the breakfast buffet is. Room was updated, very clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast buffet was a typical hotel continental breakfast. Nothing special but certainly not deficient in any way. Lots of dirty tables but the one woman cleaning them was doing her best. The only con was the low low low water pressure. Be aware there is a $29.99 resort fee but we were happy to pay as the lot is gated and very safe to park.

Only have 2 complaints, the sliding glass door did not lock properly. There was a bar to help stop from opening. The hot water was hard to find. You had to get the faucet just right or it was an ice shower. Otherwise the place was completely clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is amazing, inside is even better than outside, great location. The staff very nice and friendly, specially a Brazilian lady that provided an extra mattress for me. I love the nice messages they have around the walls. I recommend it

This booking was a part of a road trip, so I actually stayed here twice within a matter of days because it was a convenient location when I was looking for a place to stay. However, my first visit was not the best evidence. Erick, at the front desk is not welcoming and not helpful; when I asked him questions he looked at me with arrogance on his face and it was unpleasant. To top it off, we asked for a late check out, which he said was available to us, only to have received a call from the front desk the next morning telling me I was supposed to check out the hour before; it took away from the experience as I had to settle the details with the front desk as I went to check out. Erick clearly did not add the notes to my account approving the late check out. I would not stay here again and would not recommend. The hotel itself is being renovated and opened during construction. The rooms are being updated and look decent. Breakfast is limited. Lots of parking. Getting into the lot to get to the hotel was a bit confusing. Not a great experience overall.

And when I answered and he didn't hear my statements, he looked at me with an arrogant look on his face. After finally completing check-in, Erick said my room is located in another building; when I asked how to get to it, he said to drive near the gates, which was not even close, I had to drive halfway down the parking lot for the closest entrance to the room. The hotel itself, the turn into the lot seems semi-hidden and if you miss it you have to go all the way back around, the main entrance is blocked and you have to go through security gates and hit the button for it to open, then drive around to what looks to be the back to get to the reception. There were no signs with the hotel's nameafter going through the gates, so at first we weren't sure if we were in the right location. The room looked a bit out of sorts, the furniture was damaged and looked unappealing. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, and ample parking. Breakfast was limited. If you're looking for a convenient place in close proximity to the Disney attractions and want a reasonable price, this hotel is passable. Otherwise, stay somewhere else. Would not recommend.
