It was good, but they dont have businnes room. Couple years ago they used to have a business room where I can continue working while I waited for my flight.

Great property with onsite gym, nice clean room, excellent buffet breakfast. I stay there every time I’m in Grenada.

The solitary picture I attached to this review is of the line. It took over an hour to check in. About halfway through the General Manager (GM) mobilized the distribution of water and juice. They had enough seating for less than half the persons waiting, so we stood for the entire hour. I did not receive any GOLD hotels.com member perks. The room was as advertised. Between 4 PM check in day and 2 PM the following day I had to reprogram keys, call maintenance, and get assistance from housekeeping no less than 8 times because we were unable to access our room. Additionally the AC was not cold. Saturday the 14th we were moved to another room. Same general layout but this time with working keycard access and AC. The general demeanor by staff at the front desk was "this is someone else's problem" and that would explain why I had to get angry and ask to speak to the manager for them to change the rooms. I still spoke with him after the fact to explain my displeasure. It was just the icing on the cake when my purse was stolen from my beach bag at the pool on Sunday the 15th. I made an incident report the same night and at checkout on the 16th nothing had been done. No security camera review, no call nothing. Today Sept 18 i went to the property to follow up and was informed, three days after the event that there are no cameras by the pool even though on checkout day, I was told the GM was reviewing the camera footage and would get back to me 'shortly'.

Family friendly property right on the beach! The rooms were cleaned daily and the furnishings seemed to have been upgraded recently.

I liked the closeness to the beach. Staff charged my CC $200 even though room was prepaid with Expedia.

Easy access to the beach. You're also close to a supermarket, mall and food. The property itself is old and in need of repairs. The overnight staff is rude and not courteous. The breakfast is stale. Room cleaning is minimal.

Everything was nice there the room and the property need a little update that’s all.

Staff front desk reception was not friendly or forth coming about any of the amenities of the property. I'm a native to the island and wanted to enjoy the property. However, besides a jumbo television with a slide informational day of activities: staff does not interact. Housekeeping- came everyday however; for example put my used cup back as clean. Hairs in the mini fridge and dirt of a yellow color,

This property is right on Grande Anse and located conveniently via beach to several dining options and shopping at Spice Mall. The water temperature and pressure in room was less than desirable unless cooling down from being outside. There was construction and room's definitely lack insulation as our neighbor was constantly watching CNN which we heard clearly in our room. The buffer breakfast was nice offering local traditional fair as well as an omelet bar. Try the fry bread. It was the best

Very difficult to get my status perks at hotel. After several calls to Expedia and several trips to front desk they granted my free upgrade.

Management and staff are useless. I paid extra for a room with a sea view and received a room with a garden view, couldn’t see the ocean. In addition, on the second morning I woke up to no water, the staff was not helpful in this situation. I had to basically wait for the water situation to be fixed. There was no sense of urgency to address or accommodate impacted guess.

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson, however would have preferred a higher floor room. Given a room on the ground floor with children. Ice machine was not working/available on the side of the hotel where my room was located. Had to walk to the other side of the hotel to use the only available/working ice machine serving the whole of the hotel. I got my steps in for sure.

The breakfast is monotone for long stay
