The room we stayed at was in pretty bad conditions, the carpet was very dirty and smelled bad

The staff was extremely rude. The receptionist was on the phone and he took his sweet time to acknowledge me. He would not stop talking on the phone for a second to tell me to give him a minute or two to finish his phone call. We he was talking to a coworker. He barely made eye contact to and never excused himself for taking long to acknowledge. He never smiled. He made feel as if I was a vagrant. The staff made feel as I I didn’t belong there. I’m an American citizen but I’m Guatemalan descendant. The service was horrible the minute I entered the hotel nobody greeted me. There was a group of workers by the entrance and they didn’t say anything. I took the initiative to say hello. They have been conditioned to think that only individuals of European origin or white people have money to be there. I had to beg to buy a beer but a white individual and his companion asked for alcohol and it was sold to them right away. I was told it was too late. I had to negotiate with the guy to sell mw a beer but the white guy got his alcohol right away. That’s is so sad.

This hotel is under major renovations ……very loud ( construction) … dusty construction , limited seating , limited restaurant services ….. no pool lounge chairs, not hot water in rooms ( showers) Air conditioning not working Wifi off and on Staff friendly ….

No coffe maker or microwave in the room. Needs better lights. Well located. Breakfast was good

The hotel was in remodelation, so at the lobby allways there was dust, the pool was closed and two nights of My stay, the next room did to much noise at night, beating the wall, and nocking My door. Service was excelent, i don't have any complaint about it.
