This was our second stay at this property and we would stay again. Great location, close to all the sites, easy check in, and accommodating staff.

Left my car with the valet, got it back with the mirror cover missing. I was not notified of the damages.

As usual, our stay was perfect! Staff was helpful and friendly, the room was immaculately clean, comfortable bed/high quality bedding, drinks/snack items for purchase, coffee/water in the room, prompt service from valet parking, lounge available...we will always come back to the Crowne Plaza!

I've faced issues with the parking. When booking the hotel, it showed parking was included, but I had to pay $68 a day. They mentioned the valet would park my car and let us know if anything was needed from the vehicle. When I asked them if I had left my charger in the car, he asked me to go and get it and handed me the key. It's ridiculous. They ask you to text when you need the vehicle. If busy, it will take 10/15 minutes, but most of the time, when I text and wait 20 minutes later when I ask, they respond oh, sorry, we didn't see the request message. The restaurant's food quality is poor, and when I asked room service to send me a spoon and plate, they took 20/28 minutes. When I asked the front desk, they said to wait or come down and get it. We have only one room service employee available. Poor with the amount they're charging, never book again with this hotel

Great hotel, just ice maker on 14th floor inop! Hard to get to another floor with the elevator system they have.

It was the perfect location for walking downtown and the service was great, especially the front desk. The room was also clean.

Phillip in the dinning room was excellent. He made our trip wonderful. He went above and beyond what was expected. He deserves a raise.

It’s a nice hotel but overpriced. Staff is semi helpful. Only one staff member went out of their way to help. No room service for a hotel of this price and caliber is unacceptable. Not really close to either the waterfront or the space needle. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The front desk supervisor was smug and unaccommodating. She, Andrea, did not offer to help in any way and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes to speak with her, did not even apologize for the hold. I realize it's a small thing, but it felt disrespectful and rude.

Room was very dirty and smells bad and not clean and skip the house keeper one hole dayI noticed to front desk gust service but they are still not helping anything and nothing get done also not friendly,
They have been remodeling properties it’s difficult to enjoy stay and safety considering!

Convenient downtown but no free breakfast. You have to pay this amenity. Otherwise, nice room and comfortable.

Customer Service was outstanding! I injured my knee and had extreme difficulty walking. Staff gave me a room next to the ice machine, then Laila checked on me via text, Raey did a follow-up and Samson answered my questions regarding the restaurant on site. All very timely responses. Sci was our server in the restaurant. Food was excellent! Salmon, delicious drinks (tequila and Sangria so good!) and Tiramisu for dessert. They do add gratuity onto all their bills. It was our 36 wedding anniversary and even though I was injured, we had a memorable evening, thanks to your staff. Sci offered the wheelchair lift back down to the first floor since I couldn't walk the 5 steps down from the restaurant. Construction outside the building was a challenge, but that is temporary. I would chose the Crown Plaza again.

Beautiful rooms, clean & plenty of space for an overnight stay. Nice city viewscape. Good dining options in-house & nearby. Valet parking staff were attentive, fast & friendly. Only stumble we experienced was upon check-in, no communication about where our room was located (which floor) & of our 2 key-cards, only one worked at a time & they both quit working 1.5 hrs before official check-out time while we were still there.

Construction scaffolding around the entrance of the hotel and so made it dangerous to get across the street.
