The walls are paper thin, in bed I could hear conversations clearly from the next room beside me. The front doors of the rooms are loud when they close so all night I kept waking up as the sound reverberates down the hallway with people returning late to their rooms. Staff was excellent and accommodating but the building is a cheap build. I don't recommend.

Comfort Inn - London No heater/air conditioner No fridge, table light burnt out, carpets not vacummumed even after room was made up, killed two German cockroaches. The first night one went behind the headboard and the next morning I found it and killed it the following morning there was another one in the shower which I caught and put into a clear cup. Curtains would not close properly on the windows. One dresser drawer would not shut flush against the cabinet and stuck out. Asked for another room which they did. 2nd room had a heater and air conditioner, a fridge but the carpets were dirty as well. I was in that room for three days and nobody came in to clean it. Over the course of the whole week, a room was only cleaned once. I was in London for my sister‘s cancer surgery and the condition of this hotel made things worse. This place is such a dive.

The place was desperately in need of housekeeping. The corridors were speckled with dirt and garbage all through the 2 night trip. The bathtub had definitely not been properly cleaned between customers. There was hair all along the wall and on the side. Only redeeming grace was the guy at the front desk. He was something good in this throughly run down establishment.

Staff were friendly and helpful. On check in was given a room with no fridge or microwave. Not what we had booked. Staff immediately moved us to another room. Both rooms the bathtubs were disgusting -old, badly marked, some kind of liner in the bottom with black marks around it and patched areas. Bed was clean and otherwise room was sufficient.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. We stayed with our small dog at no extra cost which I have never seen before . One of the staff helped my husband with our bags as he had a sore back. Very impressed with the customer sercixe.

I recently stayed at the Wellington road comfort inn and it was an experience I won't soon forget—though I'd prefer to. From the moment I entered, the place reeked of mildew and something far more unpleasant. The room was a nightmare. The carpet was sticky and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom was even worse; the shower was very slow to drain, and there were moldy patches on the curtains. The noise from the AC was incessant, making it difficult to sleep. I also noticed several bugs scurrying around, which was the final straw. Overall, the comfort inn was one of the filthiest places I've ever encountered, and I strongly advise against staying here unless you're prepared for an exceptionally gross experience.
