The resort was beautiful! Breathtaking views The people on the other hand… were unfriendly & rude. We tried to eat at the hotel restaurant… we seated ourselves per the sign hanging and no one came. After about 15 minutes we decided to leave. The bartender saw everything and didn’t even try to assist. Service at resort was not friendly at all.

We did a staycation to enjoy the sunset/sunrise on the beach. We stayed in a room with a balcony on the gulf side. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. My only two small inconveniences were only one trash can in the entire room/bathroom and the walls are very thin so we could hear our neighbor coughing ALL night long. At times it sounded as if she was next to our bed.

Beautiful property, would definitely recommend and stay here again. The stagg is very friendly and the views cannot be beat. Pool is heated and warm for an evening swim. Beach access is perfect.

Had to request items repeatedly and felt like since we visited during the a slower time of the year we were treated differently. Things in are room were halfway done. Customer service not found at all.I consider this my happy place and the standards have gone way down and I do not want this to happen. The shower alone was not up to the standards I was used to. Photos included. The noise level was horrible keeping us up more than one night during our 7 day stay.

By this time it was very late and we had to move all our stuff into this new room. We got little to no sleep because the bed was squeaky. This was not a good stay at all.

However, after we cleaned up the water from the floor, it reappeared while we were sleeping. It is quite "awakening" to step in water while you're on your way to the restroom in the middle of the night. We only stayed for a night. If we had known there was a leak, we would have notified the staff but I also could tell the leak was not a new issue. The hotel has potential. If I stay again, it would have to be under the same circumstance as this trip - everywhere else was booked - and I would most definitely check for leaks.

We loved our stay!! We would definitely come back. The front desk staff was so welcoming and informative. Scott offered bell hop services and was very helpfu! The beach was beautiful and pretty quiet this weekend. The pool was very nice and clean. The tiki bar served great drinks! The room was very nice with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a huge shower. My only complaint would be that the shower had a little mold. We can’t wait to come back one day!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the Restaurant as well and the ocean view.

The moment we stepped into the Pensacola Beach Resort, the view to the ocean was so inviting, as were the front desk staff. The hotel is beautiful, but what makes the stay extra special is the staff`. They are considerate, kind, and service oriented. They willingly share suggestions for restaurants or places to visit. In the dining area (Windrose), Zac and another female server (very bubbly personality and I'm sorry I cannot remember her name right now!) were so kind and conscientious. It was like having your own personal friends working with us. Our room was more than satisfactory, the bed was very comfortable and the balcony facing the ocean was so relaxing. We definitely hope to visit Pensacola again and will stay at the Pensacola Beach Resort!

Room had trash in it when we arrived also was suposed to have a bay view it was blocked by the owning at the front of the hotel they gave us a free breakfast voucher which was flavorless highly disappointing
