Typical motel room, a bit outdated but comfortable beds and extremely clean and well maintained. On a very busy street so expect a bit of traffic noise. Great value if you just need a clean, comfortable, and inexpensive place to spend a night or two

It was very convenient to NAU campus and easily accessible from the freeway.
There was a little road noise, but the building is well built and did a pretty good job of blocking most of the noise.

nice motel. great if you’re there to check out out NAU. a variety of dining options within walking distance. decent area. hotel itself has been updated. room was nice with amenities

It was my fault as I didn’t ask but most hotels today are pet friendly and this one is not. Other than that it was clean and I loved the bathroom counter - pretty spacious and bright. There were more toiletries than the more expensive hotels I’ve stayed in. Very happy.

This was an unexpected great thing. We were in need of a place over Memorial Day weekend. Everything was booked. So we grabbed a room here. Glad we did because we plan on going back and staying here again.

Stayed here for a few days in the area. Very nice, no-frills inn. Check-in staff was very friendly. Great location, there were many shopping and food options right nearby. Clean and comfortable.

We scheduled last minute due to changing hotels from a dirty hotel we had already booked, and Budget Inn had a room available and was actually cheaper than the first hotel! The staff member when we arrived was friendly and handled check-in quickly. The room was clean! Bed sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was quiet! I was afraid it was not going to keep us cool because of how quiet it was, but it worked well! Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Tub/toilet area was small but not horrible. The fan in that room was fairly loud and after a minute or two it would make a grinding noise every other second. It is attached to the light so light had to be off for noise to stop. We were in Room 211 I think. That was the worst part of our stay but would rather deal with that while showering than a filthy room! Overall the room was quiet. (Second morning we could hear neighbor shower turn on but wasn’t overly loud) Area was quiet and felt safe.
We were pleased with our stay!
