One of those hotels people live in as residences. One of those residences were in my room when I checked in. I literally was trying to open this door and a lady came out. When he checked me in a different room the microwave and told refrigerate was nasty. The tub and shower and stains from uncleanliness in it. The whole truth is I'm surprised hotels.com actually let this place on their site!

You're getting what you pay for. Period. Stains on towels, tears in the comforters, mold in the shower, lucky if your TV works and if it does then limited channels, very noisy, drinking, drugs, prostitution, and police are called almost on a daily basis BUT what more would you expect?? It's within walking distance to restaurants, bowling alley, and Dollar Tree. The staff tries their best to accommodate to your needs. It's cheap (must leave a $40 deposit but sometimes they will let that slide) and stay in your room if you feel unsafe. They allow pets with no pet deposit which is convenient. I'll stay there again.

The front desk person was having a chat with some people, ignoring me when I was trying to check in The bathtub was so disgusting we couldn’t even shower.

Staff was amazing. Todd was great checking us in. Didn’t feel like a safe area though and the hallways needed a good vacuuming

Bedding and towels were dirty. Night reception was awesome. She did what she could and apologized profusely. The reception in the morning when I went to check out was a major A-HOLE! He basically called me a liar, saying that the bedding, in particular, was in fact clean! I was given clean bedding, not a problem with me to change it. However, the mattress cover was beyond disgusting! I nearly lost my dinner! (I do have pictures of the mattress cover.)

We took 2 rooms both were smelling. though it says non smoking it smells bad. One room fridge was dirty to the core and the tub was not clean. Couldnt sleep because of smell. Not for family for sure

The hallmark and room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was a lady smoking in the hallway. Saw a drug deal go down in the parking lot. Service was minimal. Room condition was fair. Would never stay there again. Only stayed this time because it was so late.
