The room was very clean and the maid service was prompt and complete. The breakfast was good and the VIP lounge was a great addition.

Amazing attention to detail and great service. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinners in the Garden Court restaurant. Also very convenient location in front of the bambu shopping center.

This is my second time staying here and I really like it out of the other places I’ve stayed within El Salvador. It is an older building. The location is great and atmosphere entering the hotel is beautiful. I took advantage of the tourism they offer downstairs as well. I was super pleased and would stay again.

This hotel was awesome, I loved that the check out was at 1:00 PM and could even be extended to 3:00 PM. That’s amazing, wish more hotels were like this.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we were treated well. However, the rooms have so much humidity. That’s not good for the health. We all got sick and reacted to the humidity. My mom’s asthma got worse. I wish the rooms could be renovated.

This was my second time staying at this property. The first time was really good, but the second time I was not impressed with the room. For the price paid I was expecting a better room. Upon check in I had to request the front desk to come and inspect the room, One lamp was missing the lightbulb and the second lamp did not want to turn on, the fridge was not cooling so the bottled water I had in the fridge was more warm than cold. I found the room overly expensive under these circumstances for that price I would expect at least breakfast included since the room was not even a 3 star room quality.

i like everything, the clean areas, probably the only think that i don't like is the shower because i'm a 64 years old and i prefer the shower than the shower tub, because it was i little high for me because my knees.

Loved this Hotel when travel to El Salvador. Perfect location, clean rooms, conformable bed, everyone in the hotel is super friendly. mall and dining restaurants are across at the street. The buffet has variety food. Will continue to stay here during our future stays in El Salvador!
