I had no problems with my stay room was clean and supplied with everything I needed . I did have concerns in the parking lot with people that appear to be living there and appear to have all the close parking spots so parking out a ways was a bit of a issue after dark. room was very quiet. Staff was very nice good location close to many services and shopping. I had a room on the 3rd floor and so carrying luggage up the stairs was not the best .

We had to be moved to another room because the TV didn’t work. When we decided to go to the pool we were told they didn’t have pool towels that we would have to use our room towels. The next morning we went down to get towels to shower and they told us we couldn’t get towels until housekeeping arrived. So we waited until an hour before check out and went down again. The desk agent rolled her eyes when we asked again and she said they didn’t have any towels. So my husband had to steal some from a housekeeping cart on the way back so we could shower. The staff was rude. The drunk hillbillies out front sat out in front of the hotel for hours carrying on. The random stranger that knocked on our door because he didn’t remember what room he was in. Also on something. The patio outside the pool was filthy with broken furniture and nobody seemed to take pride in the place whatsoever. The shower was backed up when we finally did use it. Plumbing needs work too. I used rewards to book to go visit my disabled daughter who just moved into supported living in Yakima. I have booked with you 9 times this year already and this has been the worst experience to date. I don’t know if you have control of the situation but I would not let your patrons book this dump. It’s horrid.

The good: *the beds were comfortable. *the front desk clerk was friendly and greeted us with a smile. *the top floor room we were given felt safe and was fairly quiet. *the room was nice and clean as far as daily housekeeping tasks were concerned. The bad: *The stairwells were quite filthy and run down. *The far doors were broken down and couldn't be accessed by key card. *There were lots of people congregated outside the doors smoking. *The doors were propped open multiple times, which creates a safety hazard for guests. To be fair, the hotel has clearly signed all the doors asking for this to stop. *The room was quite run down. The coverlets on each bed had holes and tears, the sheets were so threadbare as to have holes all along the top seam, the curtains were stained, the lampshade was stained, the towels were extremely threadbare. The walls were dirty and could have used repainting. The TV was very old, created a significant amount of heat, and had wavy lines through it, regardless of channel. *The breakfast was standard hotel fare, but the room was incredibly run down. The tables, the chairs, the counters were all beat up and stained. Again, it appears that housekeeping is doing a great job of keeping things clean, but the whole place needs an overhaul.

I was really disappointed in the state of the hotel. It was extremely hot in the hotel. It smelled so strongly of chemicals in the hallway and my room, two of the lights in my room did not work, there was no remote for the tv, and mold around the edges of the bathtub. The front desk clerk was very nice, but I wouldn't recommend staying here even for the price.

Needed a quick room after deciding to stay the night in Yakima on a whim. Easy booking, quick check in, clean room. Had no issues, but it was really only a room to sleep in so I didn't check out other amenities offered and their quality. Parking lot seemed a little sketchy, but had no issues either. Convenient room and met expectations.

We got to our room and noticed there were no shower towels (we had a floor mat towel and what either looked like the same thing or maybe a hand towel). When we asked for towels the staff stated there were none available even in the laundry room and didn't offer any other solutions like bringing some when they may be clean. The soap / shower amenities that were provided weren't great and even though we borrowed a towel from another room from someone we were traveling with, we wound up just skipping. The shower head was hanging by a hair tie, because the holder was broken. For some reason it seemed like we were put in a ADA room when we didn't need to take that accessibility from someone else. Bed wasn't great, but the room stayed cool and there was some cool shopping and food in the area. Wish we would have stayed somewhere else and will next time. Hopefully the hotel can improve for future guests.

My family and I have stayed at Super 8 in Union Gap the past few times we have come to Yakima. We have both been raised in the area and the staff and surroundings makes us feel like home. We will be back.

The hallway and the room had a very bad odor. The linens and floor were soiled and old. The area around the hotel felt very unsafe. The homeless person camped on the side of the building. I would Never stay here again

Not what I expected from a Wyndham hotel. Would not go back here again.

I loved staying here when my daughter was a little younger. We used the pool a lot. We also love the breakfast. My grandma's house where we stay doesn't have a tub so we enjoy long baths as well.
