The hotel staff was very welcoming. They checked on us through out our stay from the elevator to the sitting area. We really enjoyed it. The food was good and the drinks.

The hotel was very clean. I’m always critical of hotel bathrooms, and I had no concerns with this hotel. The front desk and Happy Hour staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. One of the Happy Hour nights was BBQ, and it was super good. This will be our hotel of choice for every Frisco visit.

From Kanisha at front desk to Ashley and Ivan in the kitchen along with the rest of the team… I felt like I was the only guest. They made me feel welcome, safe and valued.
The hotel is great but the team is unparalleled. They made the stay exceptional!

i rate this hotel a 10 plus. great customer service and the room was very nice and clean. the beds were very comforterable. the breakfast was fresh everyday. the dinner was also very fresh. if you need a nice place to sleep choose this hotel

Fantastic service. Only needed the card to get in the door from the garage and the room. No staff in sight late night hours, but otherwise was a fantastic stay. Beds were clean and incredibly soft and comfortable.

All of the staff was amazing! The food was good along with the offerings. My only concern is that we all started sneezing in the room. The carpet may need to be cleaned.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. We found the staff to be very friendly, the breakfast was good and the rooms very comfortable. Would love to stay here the next time we are in Frisco.

I've stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed it each time. My only small issue is parking. Their street level parking is limited, so you have to go under the hotel to park.
That is just a little bit scary for a single woman late at night, which is when I usually get to the property.
