The property/ rooms were very nice. Service was good. The only negative were the roosters that started crowing at 3am and did not quit all night. The roof eaves of our room were open so there was no way to shut off the noisy roosters outside.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Ask about umbrellas and chairs for the beach in the office. Otherwise $300 pesos at the beach itself.

We were very pleased with the property, its location and cleanliness. The only hiccup was our arrival: the website says the reception is on Latin America Street when in fact it was on Mexico Street next door to the hotel. We called upon our arrival and waited for over a half an hour to get the key, not knowing that it was next-door, and we could’ve gotten it right away. also, it would have been great to get the wifi and code to the gate that gets locked at night upon our arrival. We did get locked out our first night, but luckily found someone to let us in. There is a great breakfast spot Nextdoor (no meals served at the hotel but there is an outdoor kitchen if you want to prep your own food.) All in all, a great experience and we would definitely return!

All of the staff was helpful and incredibly friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The neighbours were friendly and polite. Can’t wait to return.

The tiled floor in my room was dirty. My feet got dirty from walking around the room. No drinking water is provided so you will have to buy some bottles of water. There was no light above the bathroom mirror which made shaving an adventure. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and there were signs of mould. The hot water completely stopped during my first morning shower.

Great location. Beautiful rooms and property. Amazing shower and bathroom design. Fluffy pillows and mattress.

Lovely property close to the action & the beach. It’s perfect for singles, couples or friends traveling together. The only downside was spotty WiFi, but I was told that there was a plan to improve that.
