The stay was good , carpets need to get replaced ,they are old , smelly and dirty

The first room offered there was unpleasant smell. Room smells like someone ate in the room. Breakfast was alright. Hoping bacon was available during weekdays. But overall it was a good and comfortable stay.

Our stay ended up not so great, our plans were ruined on Saturday when our toilet had a leak and it took 3 hours which kept us from getting ready to take my granddaughter to the aquarium and Taygate which was her main thing to do nefore the Taylor Swift concert, I did ask approximately how long it would be and was answered about 15 minutes, after an hour and a half I asked again ‘ almost done very soon”.., after an hour I messaged front desk which then they offered us another room, by this time we had no time, we missed the first go train so we ended up just getting into Toronto in enough to eat and go to the concert. Very upsetting for me as I was with my two daughters and granddaughter and I felt as though I disappointed them.

We stayed 6 nights and It was pretty nice stay.
All staffs were friendly.
Free Breakfast was ok, however could not eat after the second day lol.
Overall it was good. I would come back again.

Staff was very professional and solution-oriented.
I did not like the property. All rooms have connected doors to other rooms. It's very noisy, you hear next rooms talking and laughing. I was not able to sleep well. The bathroom looked exactly like a hospital bathroom. On the last night, staff was kind enough to upgrade me to another room, which I had a much better experience, as it was quiet, and the bathroom was normal.

This was a great place to stay. Easy access right by the 407. Even though it was beside the highway & a busy road it was very quiet in the room. Good breakfast choices & friendly staff

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We also liked the free buffet breakfast. The price was also quite affordable. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. I highly recommend this place. Specially convenient and close (15min drive) to Toronto Airport if you need to rest before or after your flight.

Group of students arrived at 1030 pm and slamming doors and running up and down hallways. Called front desk with no answer. Went downstairs and no one was at the front desk . Told them in the morning what happens and got nothing in response. Won’t stay there again .

Very nice hotel. The room was large, clean quiet and the location was great. Lots of dinning options around and easy parking in front. Staff were very helpful and professional.
Hotel offered the option of a pool that we tried. Pool was nice but over chlorinated made it difficult to stay long. The breakfast was ok. Could have a bacon option ( only sausages pre-made) and the eggs were also pre made not the cooking version but the ones you get at a store and de frost.
Overall a 4/5 a very good option for a clean comfortable stay knowing that for dining and food you should look around and even order. The hotel should have had a dining option for food.

Could be better if there was a full size mirror in the room, if matress were updated and week end breakfast hours were better and air condition was less noisy. Definately could become 5* on these conditions.

You can walk to costco, it’s just 3 minutes walk. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good.

Very noisy! Fridge was screeching, air con inside and outside room was ridiculously loud. Staff no help after complaining twice about noise one night and told us to have a good sleep

Convenient to most places we want to go to; shower pressure was so so, not sure if it because shower head install too high or the shower head setting is spread wide, had to take longer shower to feel clean; bed and pillows too soft for me; would consider to stay there again
