We had our dogs with us and we had a great stay. I have stayed in this hotel several times before and its always been nice.

Great stay! Breakfast was good. Hotel was pet friendly and we loved that the front desk was excited to welcome our pets too. The kids loved the water slide and the pool. We will be staying here every time we’re in Rapid City!

Excellent stay, and very affordable. The suite was huge and clean and very comfortable.

Staff was friendly. Room was very clean and updated. Beds are too firm for me. Wish they would put the smoking area away from fire pit seating.

From walking into the front door, the staff was very friendly and very conversational. I felt very comfortable. The room was very clean and just the size we needed.

We always enjoy the king beds type of room, which are comfortable and roomy. My girls completely enjoy the pool and the free cookies, except they didn’t have any during our stay. No matter what country inn and suites is our favorite hotel to stay at.

This is an older but updated and well maintained hotel. It was very clean and had a great swimming pool/slide. Conveniently located next to an authentic Mexican restaurant with lots of other options nearby. Also, located close to 2 shopping malls, Cabela’s and theaters. Well worth the stay.

This was the best hotel we stayed at from our week of traveling. We will be heading back this coming week and I hope we wind up stopping in the same town. I’ll definitely be saving this just in case we ever come through Rapid City again. The staff was very welcoming, probably one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

Stayed two nights. Had the option to have our room cleaned after the first day but didn’t need it. Their pool area is very clean with lists of towels. They even have a late night option for adults only in the pool. Two hot tubs are nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Coffee always available in the lobby

The stay was ok. No hot water for showers for a whole day. When inquiring about the lack of hot water it took forever to get a response. No one answered phone at front desk.

Hotel was good initially but there was no hot water the entire morning so i was unable to take a shower and was still charged full price.

Room was clean. They don't clean the room everyday if your planning a 5 day stay but they will clean the room on request. Clean towels are available daily. The motel is located close to restaurants, gas stations, and tourist attractions.

Nice and quiet, comfortable overall BUT woke up this morning to take a shower and there was no hot water!! Front desk said there were 3 tanks but all 3 went down.

Room was cleaned by Alyssa ( left her card) and it smelled and looked clean. The bed was super comfortable.

I had an unexpected problem upon check-in. I opened my wallet, and my DL was missing! I had not gotten it back from a different hotel miles away from the previous night. I was distraught. The clerk wouldn't let me check in and called a manager, She was TERRIBLE. No sympathy for my situation at all. She offered no options for me to check-in. She was dismissive and rude. She was terrible. Finally, the initial clerk let me check in with my Costco card. Why can we use credit cards everywhere, without ID, but not in hotels? I am 69, and I've never encountered a worse "manager" than this woman. She even said that I "should carry a photo ID." She was totally dismissive and just walked away with no concern for my issue. Terrible experience. Thank you to the original clerk for caring about my issue .
