Nice hotel located one block from Iracema beach. Rooms are very clean, spacious with partial ocean views, and full views of Avenida Abolicao. Great breakfast buffet included with room rate, and the friendliest hotel staff in town.

Spacious room. Ckean, comfortable, close to the beach l, shoppes, stores. Staff is wonderful, helpful.

Breakfast was wonderful. Fresh fruit, no egg shells in scrambled eggs, chef also makes eggs to your liking as well as tapiocas. Juices, coffee, hot chocolate, you name it. The room was also excellent. It truly is like a luxury apartment. Unfortunately, as is customary in Brazil, when the TV box went off, I called the reception and he told me “I’m sending someone”. I think both he and I knew that wasn’t gonna happen. Of course no one showed up. Again, that’s normal for Brazilian hotels. Next time it happened I just went downstairs. So the cable was very weak and the box kept shutting down or the screen went dark for about 3 seconds every time you watched. Funny cause usually I’m not the one to watch TV while trekking through Brazil but I knew apart from the beach there wouldn’t be much to do in this town. However, the lack of response to the TV issue didn’t take away from an amazing stay here.

Good price, spacious and great view. Some of the hotel rules make no sense, like you can’t have guests, not sure if they can do that. Very good Wi-Fi? I had to work form my room and had no problems

I was very disappointed with this hotel and I would never stay again.The service was not very good my room worn and old with a hard bed everything needs updating.It really is too expensive for a rubbish hotel.

The hotel is very well located. The room service is fine and a beverage is offered when arriving. Moreover the breakfast is very good. Nevertheless all the hotel is a bit old but not old fashioned. The room are very big with no charm at all

The worst hotel customer service I have ever seen.

It was a quick and easy check in process. Our bags were taken from us upon exiting the Uber. They could tell my Portuguese wasn't great and we spoke in English and Portuguese with no problems. I was informed that we were upgraded upon checking in as well. A nice surprise. Upon entering the room we realized we were put into the top suite on the top floor. It was huge! It had it's kitchen, dining room, balcony, living room and individual bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The view was amazing as it was between two other towers and just high enough above the small hotel in front of it. Perfect view of the beach and endless ocean. The room was very well kept and the only thing that showed age was the shower. It was the older electric shower that was smaller. The mattresses were not exactly new/comfortable either. Everything else was in great condition and very clean. The wifi was sufficient and worked in the entire hotel with no problems. The restaurant on site was typical Brazilian style buffet by weight. It was fine for breakfast and that's the only time we ate there. Everyone was helpful and always smiling here except for 1 guy in the restaurant. He was unhelpful and refused to even try to communicate. The rooftop pool was nice and secluded with a nice view of the ocean and the city. The location was a quick 2 minute walk to the sand and there was always plenty of Uber/Taxi's available out front. A great experience and we would stay here again!
