The staff were unique- extremely helpful during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble & they contributed to our stay being very enjoyable

I don’t give 6stars earsly however the property and staff are absolutely great loved the bed comfort I have to mention I paid extra for the executive room and it was worth it been in the 5th floor certainly helped not sure how the tram noise is in the lower level.

To anyone looking to book a hotel near the old town of Istanbul, look no further. The Romance Hotel was perfect! It is a 5 minute walk to Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi Palace. There must be 20 restaurants within a 3 block radius, as well as lovely shops. Though right on a transit line, it was extremely quiet. The staff was outstanding - courteous and very helpful. They booked a private tour for the two of us with an excellent guide at half the Trip Advisor price. They arranged our transport to and from the airport, which was seamless. The bed and linens were top class, and the entire hotel is spotless. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

This place was out of this world. Centrally located and the facilities was amazing. Staff were lovely, couldn’t do enough for you and the rooms and charming. Every day was amazing. We spent 4 here. All the major sites on our doorstep.. This is a GEM and the Jewel is its staff. Cheers

Wonderful boutique hotel, walkable near the mosques and bazaar. Decor is outstanding. The pool, turkish bath, steam room and saunas are incredible. Massage services are provided for an extra cost that is well worth it after a plan flight. Complimentary tea time with sweets and fruit should not be missed. The staff was so kind and assisted with airport transit. Our room was the royal suit for 4 with shower and spa tub and stocked mini bar. I would return. Not overcrowded perfect.

Nothing ever seemed too much. They were genuinely friendly. The excellent breakfast buffet and on request food and coffee were all included in a small €10 charge. And afterwards you could work it off in gym, sauna, steam room, pool. The location was brilliant too. Most top sights in the city were within a short walking distance. For a medium priced hotel it absolutely surpassed all our expectations. Thank you to the excellent staff!

Hotel is nicely styled, better in our opinion than more modern plain style - we liked it. Had breakfast at hotel 4 mornings and pre-booked this was at a special rate which made it worthwhile. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and had everything we needed. Curtains don’t fully cover window so some light does get in - if you like a dark room then bring sleep mask. Use of pool (small - can’t do laps but pleasant) plus steam room / sauna included. Can use hamman. Would recommend staying at this hotel for location and service, glad we stayed here

All of the staff from the concierge down to the ladies who clean the room, could not have been nicer, more helpful or more friendly. I would really like to complement the staff. I can’t say things about them.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean & really welcoming. From meeting us when the taxi pulled up to talking us through all the tourist attractions & travel options everyone was really helpful. The bed was super comfy, there was a lot of pillow options, the shower was super & the room service food good value & very tasty

Great room on the 5th floor, with a full-length balcony - 4502 overlooking the main street and the Black Tulip hotel. Room was superlative, the shower had over the top water pressure, the jacuzzi was nice, and the sauna/massage area was great (hard to beat a 90 minute full body massage for 100 euro) Service as all the reviews state is really over the top, and the breakfast was a nice touch.- worth it for 10 Euros.
