The room was very cold. When you turned the heat the fan in the room sounded like an air plane was landing. It made it very hard to fall asleep. Staff a front desk was not very friendly at check in. Hotel is very dark not well lit.

Good enough for quiet one night stay in transit. Breakfast was all carbs, waffle toast fruit… would have been better if there was eggs. Carpet of the room I stayed was DIRTY! Should be WASHED!! Otherwise ok. Oh found multiple long strands of blond hair in bead… and I’m bold! So it ain’t mine. Don’t think they changed the sheets.

We stayed overnight to see a Sabres game. Keybank centre was 15 min away from the hotel which was an easy Uber ride.
The receptionist was so cheerful and helpful. Recommended us to take Uber instead of risking parking at an overpriced parking lot near the event.
Room was decent, bed was comfortable. They also had complimentary breakfast which was a delight.

Myself and two friends came down from Canada for a girls trip. The gentleman at the front desk was fantastic. He was super friendly and kind with a fantastic sense of humour. We would definitely stay here again.

The Breakfast area is small and it got overcrowded. The room was outdated and the carpet had a lot of stains. The hallways smelled like all kinds of smoking fumes but the hotel advertises itself as a non smoking facility. The paint color in the rooms is from the 70s. Dark and gloomy. Overall, an underwhelming experience.

Beautiful reasonable priced hotel. Rooms modern and super clean. I wish I knew about indoor pool beforehand but one is there along with a mini gym. Separate office equipment available if needed. Great breakfast bar and great friendly employees. The is the best hotel to stay at given all those factors.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The carpets could have used a cleaning (shampoo) but was free of debris and Theise clean. This was a 100% no smoking hotel which we appreciated.

The hotel is outdated, dirty, stained and we found bed bugs! Staff quickly moved us to a new room without argument, suggesting this is a common occurrence. The GM did comp the room, but I would have preferred to pay and have a clean, not infested room. Carpets and bedskirts were in stained. Sheets were stained and had holes. We will never stay here again.

Air conditioning is to loud noise during the night.
They use air fresheners to strong, not good for allergic people. I don’t know if they try to hide some bad smell. Otherwise is not to bad in general.
