Room 1 was OK - although the pillows were flat. Room 2 was an issue - a tiny bathroom, flat pillows and right above very loud music until 1130pm making early sleep impossible.
Breakfast was terrible. Slow service, under-cooked black pudding, bacon and sausages, overcooked fried eggs, cold beans. Complaint did not generate the reaction I expected

Stunning room (silver birch); the welcome was warm on arrival, I ate in the on site restaurant (Arbor) and the food quality and portion size was excellent.
I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff. If you're in a basic double room you'll be based by the kitchen which can be noisy on occasion.
The shower is in the room, not in.a separate room, which wasn't ideal and not explained when booking the room. The room fills with steam.

The hotel is nice, staff were friendly and the room was tidy and nicely decorated. Issues we had were that bed and pillows in our room were too soft/lumpy, so we didn't get a great night's sleep.

Beautiful place, the room was nice and big. Comfy bed. Had an evening meal in the restaurant which was nice, though a little pricey and surcharge added on was a shock! Would stay again and eat elsewhere though.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, lovely rooms. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a bit pricy but flavours were very nice. There was plenty of on site free parking which was a bonus.

It’s a lovely hotel, close to beach front and walkable to BIC. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the stand alone bath superb. Staff and service was exceptional only small issue was the very warm room.

Don’t charge your car. Charger is faulty and damaged another car’s EMS. My car refused to charge due to ungrounded equipment. Service did not acknowledge or accept but allowed me to use my three pin. Otherwise comfy clean and decent breakie.

Lovely hotel but disappointed at paying £100 over the odds for booking in advance. Nothing the hotel could do as it was fully booked but I think the cost is unreasonable so won’t return.

Lovely room. Very quiet area and within walking distance of the beach. Food was exceptional and excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a very nice 2 night stay at the Green House over the air show weekend. Was worried about the parking but there were plenty of spaces. The room was nicely furnished with lovely quality toiletries. Breakfast was freshly cooked with.a good choice. We would definitely stay again.
