Great hotel with convenient location. DO NOT USE TAXI's to or from the airport as they will rip you off!! Uber will cost around $30 in non-peak times where as a taxi tried to sting me $85 for a ridiculous unnecessary detour, another tired to sting my colleague $70 and when talking to reception they said a taxi was trying to charge the fair per person for some tourists who didn't know better. Other than that the hotel is great!

Nothing special about my stay. A re4sonably priced hotel but as we were going to the Capitol theatre the location was excellent.

A good place to stay in Sydney as it’s near most tourist places and central station. However, the room was a bit ‘tired’ and in need of modernisation. Can’t help thinking the Aussie attitude of ‘That’ll do’ applies here. It’s the little things that count towards a higher rating. Sadly this hotel needs more!

the location was perfect, quite central and easy to get to where we needed. the room was clean but small, and could hear the hallway very easily. biggest issue was housekeeping came and knocked on our door at 5:30pm to clean the room after we had been out all day and they would of had plenty of opportunity to clean, so we didn’t get new towels and the bathroom was very wet after 2 nights of not being cleaned.

Decent stay in the middle of the CBD. Great location. Service was great. Bed was not the most comfortable, and poor bathroom design let it down. The sink is tiny (hand width) and with a shelf right on top I kept hitting my head trying to wash my face or brush my teeth. Also the cistern for the toilet kept refilling causing loud noises during the night, even though it didn’t look like it was leaking. The room also had a bit of a smell about it. Given it was $200 a night I thought it would be in better condition, although maybe I’m just not used to Sydney prices. Ok stay, good service and location but the functionality of the room let it down.

This hotel is in a great location, easy walk from Central Station. Lots of food options nearby, Paddy's Markets and various shopping. Starbucks at the end of the street (which was critical for my teenage daughter).

Excellent location easy walking to theatre and light rail, coffee, China Town, restaurants, Central Station. Bathroom tub and tiles require deep clean

Staff were excellent, i was able to check in early as my flight was an early arrival which helped me rest and able to enjoy Sydney after a rest
