Love the Plaza. Loved my stay last time. Breakfast is the highlight. This two single bed room, the mattresses were horrible. Felt every spring in them. Clearly very very old. Other than that, wifi and tv were excellent. I was let into someone else’s room when I checked in. Very unprofessional.

Very run down. Drug users everywhere. Really small rooms.

Quite possibly the worst hotel we have stayed in. The check in staff was rude and aggressive. The property was filthy. The carpets throughout were disgusting. Furniture in the room was damaged, skirting was hanging off the wall and there was no soundproofing.Although breakfast was included, given the dirtiness around us we decided to eat elsewhere. Would certainly not recommend to anyone.

I enjoyed the whole stay and staff was so nice but just the parking was a little bit of a hassle other than that it was great ☺️

Tiny bathroom, TV difficult to use. Had to unplug to shut it off. Staff are not understanding, condescending when you are exhausted from the road. You are billed a second time even though reservation already paused. Poor

Cute boutique hotel. Parking was at a premium. We had to park two blocks away, outside. People sleeping outdoors around the parking lot was a bit disturbing.

The hotel itself was nice, and used furnishings for the time period the hotel was built. The restaurant was very good for dinner. We had a few problems with our room where the tv did not work at all. Someone came to fix it, and when we tried to turned it on in the morning, again it didn't work. The only other thing I would mention is that no where on their web site do they mention that you have to pay for parking. If we had known we would have stayed at another hotel.

Overall an average stay, room was clean but very small and not the most comfortable. Washroom was extremely tiny as was the shower, although very clean. Felt expensive for the tiny space with additional parking charges even when the parking was a couple minutes walk from the hotel itself.

Hotel is very aged. States there is a gym but you get a pass to the YMCA, no gym on site.

The parking was unacceptable. Two blocks away, unsecured and still a $8 charge.

While the hotel staff was courteous and tried to be helpful, the property itself was extremely old and poorly maintained. Almost everything was broken or in disrepair—from the furniture to the fixtures. The room felt outdated and unclean, with broken appliances and a bathroom that desperately needed an upgrade. Despite the best efforts of the staff, the condition of the hotel made my stay extremely uncomfortable. For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Save yourself the frustration and stay elsewhere.
