Front desk staff was very pleasant. Room was nice and clean. Only issue was I think the cleaning person used alcohol wipes to clean the room. It smelled very strong of alcohol wipes but when I went to see a friend staying on the 2nd floor her room smelled normal! Wasn't able to stay for breakfast so can't comment on that. Lots of parking which was a great bonus.

Average hotel. Nothing special, hotel could use an update. Mattress was worn out. Breakfast was very limited and they tried to up sell you with eggs and bacon etc. Not a terrible experience just a mediocre one. Would I stay here again? Only if there was no other options.

When I arrived the remote to the TV did not work I had to ask 4 times before I finally got a remote that worked. Every time I requested the remote they said 10 minutes but no one ever showed up. The bathroom was full of flies every day I came home from training, lots of flies. Each day i came home by key card did not work, I was on 5th floor 534 so had to go down in the elevator every day to get a new key card. Last day I was waiting 10 minutes for the elevator, went to my room and called the front desk to ask if the elevator was out of order, they said no. I was standing again for another 10 minutes then a house keeper yelled from the other end of the hall way that the elevator was not working.

Good hotel to stay for few days

Liked easy access to the hotel and restaurants in the area. Short drive to Toronto Pearson airport. Cleanliness around bathroom fixtures needs improvement.

Our room was dirty and had lots of spider webs on the ceiling

Worst property to stay ever was not clean carpet was all dirty and gross i paid for jetted tub but it didn’t work, spots on the bathroom floor bugs in the room curtains does not shut properly AC did not work properly did not cool down the room at all all night it was so hot and also no Wi Fi plus windows were gross and customer service terrible terrible. Somebody called the room too said he is the owner of the premises.

Hotel is in fair condition but the bedding was stained. Decent continental breakfast. Very convenient for airport travel and not too close to hear the airplanes. Noisy in the halls at all hours.

Felt there was a shady person following my partner inside the hotel.

Excellent service

I was impressed for value for the money for my most recent stay. Good nightly rate secured me a good sized room, with excellent breakfast included. Amenities were also very good. Cleaning staff was excellent. Minor complaint I had was concerning quality of Wi-Fi (signal constantly dropped).

We paid more than you normally would for a holiday inn or express or similar in the area hoping for a slightly nicer stay compared to the standard hotels. At least that's what we thought we were being promised in the photos. In reality what we got was old and damaged rooms with questionable cleanliness, and staff that were quite indifferent to our existence, let alone welcoming. The breakfast was more or less the bare minimum required to be considered a "breakfast", bland tastless small pastries of the lowest tier in quality, juices made from budget concentrate, and oatmeal and cereals with no alternative milk options. The staff were... I'm not sure how to call it but it felt like we were just another number. Also, it felt like they weren't really all there. Some of them seem to have no clue what's going on, or what they're doing. Coming down for breakfast in the morning, the manager at the front desk told me a I needed a voucher to get breakfast. I was confused, I thought it was included. He then asked me for my room number. I said "223" loud and clear. "826?" He clarifies. "No, 223. Your hotel doesn't even have an eighth floor, how did you hear that???" His staff behind him repeats "323". And I once again had to repeat again "223". Seriously? Painful. Now to the room, old, stained, and barely functional. Air conditioner is decades old, very loud. Tub doesn't drain. Furniture had chunks missing. Wallpaper peeling. Only decaf coffee in the coffee maker? Terrible.
