Stay was good. Good hot water and shower pressure. Breakfast no so great, mostly carb centered. Considering the pice point it was a good place to stay especially if staying several nights.

Lovely big rooms and bed 😀 fridge and freezer were fantastic ( we don’t get them in English hotels) overall great stop off for exploring this great country 👍

This place was nice. Check in/check out process was easy and very friendly. Rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Arriving in the parking lot of the hotel…ohhh boy..there is a pawn store and a vaping store 50 feet from the reception area..our room was near the street..which was one of the busiest…I counted 7 sirens..3 train whistles during the night. The chair in the room should have been changed 5 years ago. But I must say that the complementary breakfast was very good. We moved to another hotel the next day. Thank you Hôtels.com for helping us get a refund for the last night’s reservation.

The building definitely has average wear and tear you'd expect from a motel, but the room was clean and the staff was kind. Most memorably, out of all the staff I encountered, most dressed alternatively, which made me feel safer honestly.

This is walking distance to NAU. We came to drop off our student and this location was great. Quiet and clean, but dated. Food was fair (pancake machine, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee). Will stay again (already booked). Nice pool and hot tub. Love that coffee and juice are available 24/7.

I would say the room was average to below average. Room was obviously renovated but you could tell it was still old (2nd floor) room had tons of soft spots in the floor that felt like you might go straight through the floor, room smelled horrible, AC took hours to cool the room down. Beds were extremely cheap mattresses, no boxspring just a platform so mattress felt very hard.

We enjoyed our stay here so much it had everything we wanted for the week and was in a great location to all the things we had planned for our vacation will definitely stay here again when we come back

My room was in the corner and my view was a concrete wall. There was a large group a few doors down, they were loud. I called the front desk several times but it took over an hour to settle the noise. This kept me up till about midnight! The noise woke me up about 7am. No rest for me! I brought this up at checkout time to the front desk clerk. Nothing was resolved or at least a free night stay on my next visit!!! So sad!
