I really enjoyed my stay here. The continental breakfast was better than any I’ve ever seen before. So many options, choco milk, milk, juice, water etc. they not only had a meat and egg option every day but pre-made breakfast sandwiches bacon/sausage/ham. They have to go snack packs for the day. Unlimited water and juice once the kitchen closes. For lengthier stays you can opt out of housekeeping and save $10 per day. They have carts in the hall to help yourself to toiletries, towels etc. 6 pillows on the bed, and an additional 6 in the closet. I really enjoy not having to ask for things and then wait around for someone to bring them up. More hotels should be like this. Options of above or below ground parking. If they run out, they reimburse you for more expensive parking elsewhere. Large suites for a great price. I’ve never been so impressed. Great customer service, the front desk staff were not only kind but engage with you in friendly conversation.

Beautiful and very clean hotel in the heart of Ottawa. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, staff very helpful and serviceminded.

My wife and I stayed with our baby for a one-night stay. Staff were very helpful and allowed us a late checkout and accomodations with our baggage. Suites were clean and comfortable.

Amazing attention to details. Would warmly recommend for short and also very long atays. This hotel is perfect if you are looking near all city centers places. Would take an hour to list the qualities of this hotel. Perfect room, perfect bathroom, superb living room and complete kitchen. There were even air purifyier and 2 TVs. You can work at the computer desk without disturbing the person in the sleeping room. We loved it and will return there next time we visit Ottawa.

Very spacious and family friendly. Would return and recommend to others. Satisfying breakfast for adults and kids alike. Walking distance to many attractions. Staff was very friendly.

I appreciated the parking lot in the heart of downtown, although it was expensive. Checking in was a breeze, and the breakfast was amazing. However, I didn't like it for the following reasons: - staff were bossy and less approachable. - The room was big, but it was so stuffy that I woke up around 2 am and sensed an old smell from the room. I couldn't go back to sleep. - It was all curtained; there was no natural light. It was stuffy because these rooms never got fresh air from outside. All these fans and ventilation tools circulate the same air inside. I hate this stuffed and suffocating air.

Room supplies in cabinets at the end of hallways so easy to restock. Great location on Elgin. Balcony for each room. Tv system was a bit slow and clunky. Probably could use some upgrades to cable boxes.
