There are no sufficient parking spaces for the guests. We have to search for parking spaces in the middle of the night after a long, tiring day with small baby and old parents. There are 2 parking spots on the site, we parked but was informed inside the hotel that the parking is already preoccupied and no space left. There should be some signs on the gate itself mentioning the parking capacity. Really frustrated with the parking criteria. Also, the hotel rooms were provided with the kitchen but no facilities to clean the utensils. Rooms were not spacious.

location was excellent. We had a king suite which was perfect for a family of 4.

The location was great, easy to walk around, loved having access to kitchen supplies, staff was really helpful and it was great to have access to laundry for a family

The beds and pillows were too stiff, it would be nice to have a couple of flatter pillows, as an option

Spacious room, quiet and good location

they let me check in early as always they are very condiderate…the housekeepings are friend as well as the reception and kuya pinoy help me with my luggage…overall it was a very good stay again as always..

the staff were kind and polite

This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have stayed in. The floor was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The bathroom had splatter on the mirror from what I could only assume was the previous attendants brushing their teeth. The entire hotel had an odd smell it did not smell clean. There was barely any proper parking. This hotel is in a very questionable area and we did not feel very safe. We checked in late (1am) due to a storm that rolled through Toronto and surrounding areas. The drive up was atrocious and having this experience at the hotel at 1am was just about worse. We wanted to leave immediately after checking in. Booked another hotel that night and left one day early first thing the next morning.

Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Constant humming noose coming from the equipment room. Heating was poor. Wifi was spotty. Only 1 elevator was working. Garage door to parking broken.

Noisy almost all night with snow clearing vehicles revving/reversing sirens for 5 hrs a night.

Staff were friendly.

This was the 4th time we stayed here. This was the only time we booked a king room. It was smaller than the suites we booked before but more money. It had no fridge, was not stocked with towels or soap and the room had a bad smell.

Location is convenient. Parking (for a fee) was available this time. Room was clean. Some staff were eager to help and pleasant. Quick response to request for extra blanket and a fan. Appreciate the use of kitchenette. Comfortable bedding.

Requested room to be made up and after being gone the whole day we came back to find no one had been to our room and had to make another request on our third day at the hotel. Debris in our hallway was never cleared up (4 night stay). Bathrooms are far too tight … you have to straddle the toilet to close the door. The charge to our credit card did not match our original booking quote and the additional pending charge on our credit card took some time to figure out with the clerk. This has been our hotel of choice as regular visitors to Ottawa but we may look elsewhere next time. You do pay for location, location, location.
