Hôtel très agréable, à deux pas de l'hyper centre. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine mais tout le confort a été au rendez-vous. Personnel très agréable attentionné.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Tulip-Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten (zB Gemüse oder Wurstscheiben). Es gab nur Filterkaffee oder Tee inklusive, keinen Cappuccino o.ä.) In unserem Zimmer hat man trotz abgeschalteter Klimaanlage noch Lüftungsgeräusche gehört.

The location was great close to the parliament, the room was perfect with bet comfortable, also the kitchen and fridge are a plus.

Breakfast was a little lack in options

Our hotel stay at Homewood suites by Hilton was pleasant. I like that it was clean and had an upscale/luxurious feel. The decor and suite with the kitchen was a bonus. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, quite a variety of foods to choose from. The staff was pleasant.

Our least favorite was the swimming pool temp...it was rather too cold 🥶🥶🥶 so we were a bit disappointed.

Hôtel très bien situé à une distance où tout (ou presque) peut se faire à pied. Personnel très gentil qui parle français et qui connaît bien la ville. Petit déjeuner inclus très copieux et bon. Suite avec cuisine toute équipée, possibilité d'apporter une petite épicerie et de se cuisiner des diners et soupers, ce qui est super pratique avec une petite famille. Chambre rénovée et salle de bain super. Le divan-lit est moins confortable que le grand lit king, mais c'était tout de même ok pour 2 nuits. Grande piscine chauffée ouverte en soirée.

Le sol autour de la piscine aurait eu besoin d'un nettoyage quotidien : beaucoup de cheveux non ramassés.

SERVICE A LA CLIENTÈLE

The breakfast was good. Good variety on the continental buffet. We also loved the staff. The overall place was clean. We loved the room that we got.

The room was very dry. Overall, the hotel was very dry. We woke up both nights with very dry nose, lips, and dehydrated. We did not drink alcohol so we can't blame it on that. I recommend looking at the humidity level of the building.

The staff in the breakfast dining were lovely, The pool was nice and warm and the morning staff at the checkout were amazing

There was a gentleman at the front desk the evening that we arrived that wasn’t very welcoming, he proceeded to make us wait for quite a while and ended up giving us a different room from what was asked for( I requested for a room with a bath tub from my booking).

La localisation est parfaite, en plein centre. Se garer en ville est compliqué donc le parking est indispensable si vous avez une voiture. Il y a un ascenseur qui va directement dans l'hôtel c'est parfait. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et qualitatives. Le petit déjeuner est complet et très bon, il est servi à partir de 6h. Allez y sans réfléchir c'est un super hôtel !

Le personnel exceptionnel, la grandeur de la chambre, la piscine, les déjeuners.

Le prix du souper est plutôt élevé, le divan-lit peu confortable et certains produits comme le shampooing étaient vides.

I was very impressed with the Kitchen (full fridge, stove, oven & microwave) in the rooms and I was also very impressed with the mattress (both on the bed and the pull out couch). comfort on the pull out couch was very impressive.

My only constructive comment would be if there was a 24 hour free coffee bar by the water and lemon set up. By all means, not a deal breaker but it would be nice.
