Noise levels from washrooms, overall common areas looks dated the restaurant can be avoided

We didn't have a light except window It’s darkness inside whole day

it is a traditional well maintained historic property. the elevators are old world and the lobby is comfortable.

Room ac didn’t cool room down well…but it was incredibly hot and humid outdoors so may have been a factor. Couldn’t get it below 71

The location is close to all attractions, within 10 minutes of walking. The services are excellent, there were smile on all staff's faces.

The pillows are high to us. The window is facing the back. There was a one-quarter size rock on the floor near the entrance inside the room.

The fire alarm on the first night was jarring yet happy it was a false alarm, the restaurant food was okay for the prices the expectations were not met, the staff were friendly but food could use some work.

The fire alarm, no orange pekoe tea only earl grey was available

Facilities need refreshing.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Location was great because I could walk from the hotel to wherever I needed to go.

Room was very loud, I had a hard time sleeping. My window faced the street and my room door faced the elevators, so my room received a constant flow of loud noises that really ruined any attempts for a peaceful sleep during my stay. There was also an issue with the fan in my ventilation unit, so while that was on it was incredibly loud and clattery. Pillows felt very cheap and worn, so comfort in bed was an issue too.

Breakfast is good with many options to choose from
