Very unusual that in this hotel they take full payment in advance. Also for any service they take payment immediately & not like in any other star hotels. Even for a cup of coffee payment has to be made. In room dining service is poor in quality & delivery time.

run-down, smelly, Toilet was stained and dirty. Towels, Beds, Linen etc.. are all old, dirty and stained.

This hotel has now become old and mediocre. We stayed for two nights, we had called upfront and reserved a crib for our 3 month old but when we checked in, they said it’s not available. They didn’t arrange one either. If they had told us during checking in, I would have atleast gone to a different hotel,. Instead of ironing board, they gave a super old cheap iron box that smelled like it has burnt so many shirts. It had black stains all over the ironing surface. Buffet was decent, house keeping and front desk people are very nice, supportive! Overall barely justifies the cost.

How on earth is this hotel rated 5 star. Please don't waste your hard-earned money.
This hotel doesn't even deserve a hotel rating.

Excellent overall. Excellent breakfast and overall service. Only concern was high charges for dinner buffet and ala carte. But otherwise no complaints. Very near to US embassy and biometric center. Staff very courteous. Allowed us to keep bags after checkout time till evening. Allowed to use restrooms after that. Quick response to service calls for water or electric iron. Highly recommend to others. Bit pricey but worth it.
