I can only say one bad thing and that is the parking garage is terrible for a large truck or suv. I could barely navigate through it and ended up is two dents on my vehicle from other cars in the garage. No on e left a note about the damage to my vehicle and then I was later charged forty dollars for overnight parking after spending 650 on a room for the evening

Check in was a little ....lets say....rude. we were an hour early the guy told us come back mean while next 3 people checked in and received there rooms. Came back got same guy and litterly mumbels oh your back....he walked away i asked the other person to help us and it was a pleassure feom there. Outside of that this is the second and prob not last time comming there. Great room clean fresh location quite....has everything we need.

No information at checkin about the hotel. Room was cleaned every other day and there were no amenities. Price was outrageous for what was offered. Won't stay there again!

Contacted the property to say I’d be there on my birthday and was looking forward to a great stay. Was offered a free upgrade to a corner room at no extra charge and told about the busy weekend ahead. No worries as we were there for a Steeler game. Room was already prepaid so great bonus! Upon arrival, no upgrade. Alerted the desk and was told ‘Sorry, it happens when they are fully booked’. Why offer the upgrade when they are aware they can’t fulfill the offer? Poor customer service from a company that should be capable of blocking off one (1) room as promised. Gave a bad start to our stay. Tried to have dinner in the restaurant downstairs after we arrived and I must have missed where we needed reservations to do so. So that further disappointed us. Just one thing after another. We did give the restaurant a try before breakfast on Sunday and didn’t have much luck there either. We were allowed to sit at the bar to eat but our meal took almost an hour to get to us!! The MOD did comp the meal to take care of the inconvenience. Upon checking out Monday, no staff to relay my concerns, so I hope this reaches someone that will make a difference.

Returned to desk and they insisted it was our room and agent left to verify room was occupied. Agent then with no apologies or explanation came back and said they’d have to try to find another room. Everyone was climbing all over each other trying to get where they needed. Not a big deal if it's just the people from your room but more than that it's not very efficient.

First time staying at this hotel in Pittsburgh. Very clean, excellent service by the staff, easy walk to restaurants and Acrisure Stadium!

Great place to stay for any event going on in town. Convienent for both stadiums as well as to downtown businesses. Great amenities and restaurant attached to hotel has an excellent breakfast at a good value.

Property was very clean. Only issues we had were with a dog barking constantly in a neighboring room and a lack of information from staff. Never knew there was a snack area until we checked out. Would have been helpful. Good location.

The room was less than amazing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the amenities were lacking. I typically stay at Marriott hotels and will definitely be going back to that.

We stayed here to go to a Pirates game. It is very walkable and Primantis is just around the corner. We ubered from the airport as we were on a tight schedule when we flew in, but took the city bus back- super easy, close and convenient. (I think it was $2.75 each)

Hotel was very nice, room was really clean. The parking was frustering that you had to pay per day to park and it wasn't really explained how to do so unless you asked.

We stayed here for a concert that was at PNC park as it’s close and walkable. Everyone was getting back at the same time and the only option is the elevators which had a huge line. For some reason stairs are for emergency’s only. Also, while not owned by the hotel, the garage changed us $10 more for parking when we paid at the kiosk in the hotel lobby than what was advertised on the billboard at the garage. We were then charged an additional $10 because we stayed more than 15 mins after we paid for the parking even though we paid for 24 hours and were well under that.

Easy check in and the staff were very nice. The restaurant on site Revel had great food and great service. The room was clean and spacious. I liked the convenience of the mini fridge and microwave in the room. The location is right next to Market Square which has a lot of restaurants to choose from. Also the Valet parking staff was great! Would definitely stay here again!
