It ticked all the boxes.. but yet something was still missing. I felt like they could have made a bit more of an effort with breakfast, the area is right next to the beach but quite noisy.. I guess Seminyak is not for me, we didnt find it relaxing.
Overall no fault with the hotel, staff or service, just lacked a charm.

Stay was easy and relaxed, just 2 nights before heading up to ubud.
Staff are very helpful, breakfast is plentiful, had a swim, took a couple of walks on the beach. Convenience store across the road. Super handy and close to a lot of restaurant's and bars.

Balinese people are gentle, warm, welcoming and ever so friendly. The hotel exudes these qualities and charm through its staff that are an asset to the hotel. Their welcome drink at check-in was an example.
We experienced a hiccup on check in. In their registry it showed 2 adults checking in. Our hotel confirmation showed 2 adults + 1 child. After the check-in staff consulted with reservations, it was fine. Originally she thought we had underpaid. Make sure you bring your proof of reservation on phone or paper! This puts a marr on the stay.
My daughter fell sick during our stay. She had a terrible runny nose. When I called reception at 4am to ask for another box of tissues, they were very obliging and brought it to our room. Thank you!
Housekeeping staff were very efficient with daily service of the room. On our 1st day we went to breakfast and returned to a tidy room 40mins later. This totally surprised us. This happened everyday during our stay.
You can access the beach from the back of the hotel (near pool). It’s not a private beach. If you walk along the beach, you can reach Seminyak Square (couple of turns later). It’s lovely to walk and sit on the beach during sunset- gorgeous! Lots of people do it. You can access lots of restaurants from the beach side. Menu items are inexpensive. In the evening, neighbouring bars and restaurants puts out beanbags in the beach for their patrons, some offering entertainment like fire dance, live music. It’s a happening area!

The Pelangi is right next to the beach in Seminyak with a large pool with a swim up bar.
The food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are big and the bed was comfortable.

you cant beat this property for location. a minute, bars to the beach and our fav restaurant Gado Gado. they accommodated a group of 36 and had us all near each other which was amazing. Nothing was too much hassle. A great hotel and great to deal with even though we booked through a 3rd party.

Beds are unconfortable, mattresses very bad quality. The humidity inside the rooms is unbearable even when AC is on. Would not recomend.

Absolutely loved staying at Pelangi and will definitely stay here again. The hotel overlooks the beach and is situated in a great location which makes it easy to get transport. The breakfast was amazing and they would slightly change it up everyday which we loved. A small walk across the road and your on the beach surrounded by bars and restaurants. If I could give a higher rating for this hotel I definitely would. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The service by all of the employees was outstanding. Great breakfast buffet every morning. We also chose to eat dinner in the restaurant three of the four nights we stayed there out of convenience and satisfaction with the food. Easy access to the beach and swimming pool made our stay perfect. It’s a long walk from the lobby to some of the rooms but the further from the lobby makes you closer to the restaurant, pool and beach. If you wish to stay in Seminyak this hotel is an excellent choice.

Easy access to the beach and swimming pool made our stay perfect. It’s a long walk from the lobby to some of the rooms but the further from the lobby makes you closer to the restaurant, pool and beach. If you wish to stay in Seminyak this hotel is an excellent choice.

This is a gorgeous place to stay! The pool is amazing! The staff are so helpful and hospitable! I will definitely come back someday!
