The location cannot be beat. But many of the rooms have NO air circulation. They are concrete boxes with windows that give those in the stairs a full view into your bedroom. There is no air conditioning and even tho I love the heat, I was broiling. It suggested they provide at least two fans to supplement the cieling fan. They wanted $40 for me to extend my stay. Told them I’d pay $25 and they said no. Good luck. Meanwhile, I moved down the street to hotel Leon and they had a $23/night room with air conditioning. Was definitely not as trendy as this place, but at least I was able to sleep.
