When we arrived thr room was full of flies which was quite annoying. The room looked clean and had very nice interior. The hotel is very cosy and had a very central and nice location.
Our toilet did not work to flush. They said they would fix it but nothing happened. Poopy toilet is not very nice, but at least they were good at cleaning it often.
Our room was very noisy at night. Makes sense because the building is old and in a very central location, but still very annoying. There was also a large gap under our room door which made noise from the restaurant and hallway a lot worse than it could have been.
Overall our stay was OK.

This is a stylish and comfortable boutique hotel in the most lovely setting in Cascais, The rooms are very well equipped - our room was at the front of the hotel and we opened the windows each morning to the view of a wide promenade and beyond it, a small sandy beach. A real find!

We booked room 360 (basically the entire top floor), and it was amazing! There was a bottle of wine and fruit waiting for us upon our arrival. Huge bathtub, lovely rain shower, 3 balconies, beautiful views of the Citadel and beaches. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend for a romantic getaway!

Huge bathtub, lovely rain shower, 3 balconies, beautiful views of the Citadel and beaches. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend for a romantic getaway!

Quaint boutique hotel at the sea. Rooms are clean and decorated nicely. Bathrooms are roomy and shower is excellent. Bed is quite comfortable. I had a king as a solo traveler. View from second floor is nice, partial ocean view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good. A lot of choices, including hot made to order. I just had the fruit & breads but that’s enough. Very fresh. Walking distance to all of the tourist interests. Internet is included and and good for emails & even a video conference I had for work. I would stay again.

This place is AMAZING! We stayed here during our honeymoon and got upgraded to the Grand Deluxe sweet and WOW! 360 degree views of the city. 2 balconies, awesome bathroom. Right on the water/beach and in the heart of the downtown area. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was simple, but we'll prepared, and with a great view from the restaurant/patio.
Additionally, we went to Lisbon after staying here and my wife's wallet went missing. We had assumed pickpockets had gotten it, however a nice man found it and tracked down villa cascais' information because she still had her roomkey in the wallet. They contacted us through WhatsApp and through hotels.com messaging, and got us in contact with the gentleman. Like I said, VERY accommodating staff. We have recommended staying here to all of our friends and family, and will definitely be returning!

Great location on the water, and there is a shortcut alley to and from the Train station. The hotel's restaurant was good, I enjoyed a table outside until it got chilly. Not quite enough English TV channels, but I can't complain.

This was a fabulous hotel in the perfect location to the center of the historic district. Service was excellent and breakfast very good. Really enjoyed the whole area and everything the hotel had to offer.

The place was very beautiful both inside and the nieghborhood. The hotel is at the right center of Cascais making every experience staying in the city very easy. However the concierge service and ppl at the front were not so much satisfactory or friendly enough
