About a 15-minute walk from the center of town, it was a great budget hotel to stay at! The staff were very friendly, helping us with questions regarding our trip. The pool was warm, and the depth of the pool was just right for our two children. One a bit deep one, and a toddler's pool. The convenience store just opposite the hotel was also very useful to buy food and snacks for the night. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Apparently this hotel was renovated around 2019 so the condition was still quite good. Duty manager upgraded me from supreme to deluxe which had additional features i.e. bathtub and carpet with good view of Melaka city. For the price, this was really good value. Location was good too

Hotel is clean, location is very close to Jonker street, the river walk and a laundromat. Would stay again

Although it says no smoking everywhere in property, as soon as one walks in, one can smell it in lobby. Room smelled musty, but strong ac took care of that (worked as a loud white noise too). For a night, it's fine overall- warm shower (took a bit to warm up), basic sleeping necessities and toiletries provided along with teakettle, teas, coffee and sugar-etc. Cons: no outlets avail along headboards wall or side walls but there was one over desk (for PAP users)...

The reception staff greeted me with a warm smile and were very helpful with any requests I had. The hotel is conveniently located near Jonker Street. However, some of the hotel facilities, such as the lift and the gym on level 1, appear to be quite old.

A lovely late thirties ‘design classic’ . what was remarkable was the original features, it was visually stunning !! The staff , from porters to management were helpful friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The room was spacious and well kept. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choice The swimming pool was a welcome treat Near to Kampung Morten it was well positioned

Our 1st stay in ts hotel. We knew is an old hotel with big room but the room doors are in need of upgrading bcos most of them cannot be closed properly, needs to pull hard to shut tightly which resulted loud bangs, so just imagine hearing door banging every now and then, which included ours too! The safe box in the room was not working and their explanation is all room safe boxes are under maintenance. So we had to c/o our passports in their master safe behind their reception counter, the old fashioned way 😂. And the door card keys cud not be activated on our last day morning after breakfast which needed the staff to come open using their master key. Overall the stay is comfortable but the facilities are due for upgrading. We are not likely to return to this hotel again.

Reasonable price at Melaka town. Perhaps is time to upgrade the lift & couple with security feature as to use the access card to go the desire floor & room.
