It was nothing exciting. I waited at the counter for about 12 -15 min before I got my rm which I had reserved earlier that day. I reserved a king, and when I got there was told I was getting a queen because tv wasn’t working. I was a wreck already after driving, losing my niece and having to wait at the counter for about 15 minutes. I don’t understand how this works because while I’m standing there in tears trying to figure out if I should find something else, 2 other people walk in and get their reservations for kings! The guy at the counter was super sweet and I appreciated that more than anything.

We always stay at this Fairfield in San Angelo. My only issue is we asked for bedding for the pull out sofa bed in the suite and were only given a blanket and a pillow. There was a mattress pad on it but sheets would have been nice. I always book a suite because I have 3 kids.

Nice hotel…I was so glad we were able to get a room big enough to sleep a family of 5 without having to book 2 rooms.

Marquis at the front desk was exceptional is his service and kindness! I really enjoyed visiting with him. All the other staff we encountered were also kind and hard working.

It was a good stay. I found the room nice but the bed was a bit hard for my taste. The service was great! The breakfast could have been better. It wasn’t very hot and the selection was limited. Overall though we would stay here again.
