It was a busy weekend, lots of guests, but the hotel was definitely not as clean as the last time we stayed there

I’ve stayed here several times and had a good experience but this time was different. I paid $985 for a five night Wellness room with the air purification and when I arrived I was told it wasn’t available so I was given a corner room. I didn’t need a large living room since it was just my husband and myself. I feel like I got overcharged for a room I didn’t receive. When we got into the room, the carpet wasn’t clean. The carpet next to the living room table had something sticky on it which stuck to my socks. We found Doritos on the floor between the bed and the wall (there was a 2 foot gap). We found deflated balloons on the floor next to the couch. The bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned. Our socks were dirty after walking on it. What was really weird is that we kept finding lady bugs on our bed and on the table. We found 4 of them on the ceiling in the living room. Not sure we’ll stay here again.

I heard the elevator going up and down all night. The bed was very firm so had a sore back. The line for omelet station was so long just had buffet and it was cold.

Overall a good experience. Shower was clogged from precious tenants. Hotels did not offer another any recompense beyond sending à maintenance and person after 639 pm

Came in late after driving 6 hours, with a number of others. Reception staff was wonderful. Geneva helped us, and she was quick and efficient. I'd accidentally only booked 1 night and she made it right instantly!

The overall stay was cool but to have somebody walk in your room and open your door with another room key is crazy. I went down to the desk and they said I wasn’t checked in all the way.

This is an amazing hotel with a beautiful view inside and out. The rooms are the best-designed rooms I have ever seen. I wish I would have known about the pet fee before check-in, as it was not mentioned earlier, but I would 100% stay here again.

Great service from check in to check out!!! Bartender was the best!!!! The gentleman that checked us in checked on us daily to ensure that we were ok. This was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile.

Lovely, somewhat outdated hotel with a beautiful interruor architectural design in a convenient location right off the highway. Welcome and check out staff were terrific (thank you). We loved how spacious and affordable the room were.
