It was a pleasant stay. Room are big and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the place is outdated and access to the beach is little bit dirty and limited. All and all it’s fine and we’ve had a good time staying there.

The hotel was perfectly clean and tidy but the rooms and some of the common areas could do with some updating. Located right on the beach. Plenty of sun beds available. Beach scrupulously clean.

Staff were amazing, always smiling and happy to help.
Had the romantic dinner on the beach. Food was 5/5 as was the service (unfortunately didn't get the man's name).
The gentlemen at the pool bar also 5/5.
The young man who serviced our room was excellent also and left us little notes and animals he had created with towels each day. Thank you, lovely touch.
We used the spa for a massage and facial. Very good value for money.
It was my birthday and the lady from the restaurant brought a cake to my room and was very kind with her birthday wishes.
Lots of restaurants, bars, spas and convenience stores around the hotel.

So close to everything we needed. Many restaurants to choose in the hotel and on the street behind. Would absolutely go back. Miss it already now we are at the next place.

Property is not bad, pool is pretty nice however, if you are looking for a nice beach this is not the place, small and dirty surrounded by boats and water sports shops, not the place to sit and relax.

no entertainment at the hotel and the room never got cleaned just towel change and bed making they need to step up house cleaning ALOT !

Birth cakes in buffet breakfast for my twins are certainly a surprise. Restaurants, massage, convenience store and laundry are just opposite the hotel. Overall good place to stay.

The room was lovely and spacious, the rest of the property is dated and could do with maintenance.
The food hall needs a do up and more than one person at the egg station, every morning there is a queue. The pool area looks nice but can do with some outside lounges and a more lively atmosphere. I probably would not book this hotel again.

We were plesantly upgraded to a family suite, which gave us so much bigger space and a great view of the beach. Staff were always so smiley and friendly. Beach was just next to the pool! Kids club was the best, so many different games inside, we even manage to borrow a beach ball to play!
