An amazing hotel with a beautiful pool area with easy access to beach. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Loved our stay will definitely be coming back .

Considering it was the first day opening from the winter shutdown the staff and facilities ran smoothly with impeccable service from checkin, dinning, attentiveness of staff and spa facilities.

Absolutely loved our stay here. They have an amazing buffet selection and the property is well maintained. The people are amazing from the front desk, house keeping, dining and children center. If you’re debating between booking here or another place book here take it from someone who has traveled quite a bit.

The hotel looked nice from the exterior, however, the area around it wasn’t very picturesque. All the staff we encountered were very nice & helpful. The massages were brilliant, we had Gerita ( proberly spelt wrong) who proved to be excellent at her job. Such a shame about the surrounding area.

Lovely family stay, with perfect views of both nature and sea, in a very peaceful and quiet location. Perfect for young families and for those that love a good long beach walk. This hotel is on a league of is own, leaving other 5* hotels behind due to its staff! They went the extra mile 24/7 to accommodate all of our needs, including food allergies. A personal, heartfelt thank you to Luis, Adam, Jimi and Niss for making our stay truly special and memorable.

The hotel was perfect. The room was large and pretty. The pool was large. The pool area never looked crowded. The beach was steps away. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of delicious items. Couldn’t be better.

Book the Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa and sign up for the half-board option. You will NOT be disappointed! Expansive, high quality, and tremendous variety. Worth every penny. If you're lucky Adam will select a cheese course for you and pair it with their own Muscat. Truly an outstanding experience.

Wonderful warm welcome from staff. They couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay. Hotel was spotlessly clean, great ambience and food was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with every taste catered for. Would definitely return.

The staff at the property and the service they provide went above and beyond what we have ever experienced in our travels at other places we stayed. The management at the hotel is on the top of their game. Pilar, Stefi, Carolina, the list goes on and on of kind and caring people there who made our stay unforgettable. The food is another thing that's worth mentioning. It was so delicious! We can't wait to return!

Charming property, lots of flowers, quiet neighbourhood, nice beach. Pool is more for children rather than adults. Pool area was a bit congested. Nice staff, good service. Good check-in with lots of helpful information provided about the property. Good breakfast. Quality of food at breakfast was better than at dinner. Room was a bit dated. First night there was leak from the bathroom ceiling, which lasted all night. Apparently this was due to a problem with the air conditioning. Garden view room in block 1 was quite spacious but it overlooked Natura Playa, the rubbish area and the driveway for deliveries. Somewhat noisy and not the nicest view.

First time in Mallorca for two Canadians, and the Parc Natural was our first stop on our tour around the island. We stayed for 4 nights. Overall the hotel was surprisingly good! Let me explain. Normally we target ~400-600 EUR/night hotels when we travel, but there was nothing in that range in the Muro beach area. We picked Parc Natural based on driving location to day trips and the positive reviews. The staff and service definitely lived up to the reviews! No language barriers or communication issues at all. In fact, staff often went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and serve them before we could even ask! Extremely impressive (we are currently at Secrets in Paguera where service is a disaster for 3x the price). Other quick notes - yes the hotel grounds are definitely dated, and yes the surrounding area is a bit budget, but it’s a 20-40 minute drive away from tons of great day trips! And Muro beach is basically one giant beautiful sandbar! As for food, we only did breakfast which was quite good - lots of selection, though the smoked salmon could have been fresher (I am fussy about this…). Definitely recommend Parc Natural for 3-5 days as a strategic staging location on a longer trip around Mallorca. Not sure I’d recommend the hotel or the area at all for that matter if you plan to stay in the same spot for a week or more.
