Was a nice stay and so close to the airport. This meant we did not need to rush and drive for hrs on our early morning flight.

On arrival reception tried to charge me for room even though I had already paid. They apologised when I showed receipt and said a new system in place. The first room was terrible, a disabled room smelt of vomit, no pillows, no kettle or mugs, dirty towel. I returned to reception, they apologised and said again a new system in place, I was given a voucher for 2 complimentary drinks and a snack, they allocated another room which although the bed was clean and comfortable the waste bin in bathroom was full from previous occupant. On a positive note the macaroni cheese I had in restaurant was lovely and bar staff very friendly and attentive.

Very very helpful staff and friendly. Lovely choice of pillows and comfy bed. Sound proofed. Nice room and powerful shower. So good we stayed there twice !

Just an overnight stay to travel to Scotland the next day, but very clean and well maintained

If you land late at Stansted airport - this is a great opportunity. From and to the hotel there is bus shuttle that makes it easy to get to the hotel- price is 4 pund a person per trip. From the hotel and back a bus go from the hotel back to the airport every 30’minutes. And than one can get on a plane somewhere or be fresh and start the vacation in London or where else you need to go:) Hotel has breakfast from 4 in the morning as and crap and go. And from 6 a normal breakfast Fast checking and out So in all a great place if you land or departure at strange times

Flight out early morning so very handy for Airport, hotel is tired and needs new decor and carpets but staff and food is fantastic for this type of hotel.

Nice spacious room for the purpose. I really like the toiletteries - kale and parsley soap. Unbelievable. Need to buy for house.

If delayed at the airport, this is ideal. The price included a fantastic delicious breakfast. I’d stay there again.

Perfect for a night before departing at Stansted airport . Diner and bar was open late. Offers shuttle to the airport every half hour for 15E. You can take an express bus from Heathrow AirPort to Stansted airport.( 45E)

The place is perfect and clean. Super convenient to get to Stansted Airport.
